Beep...Beep...Beep…

What is that noise?

Beep...Beep…

It's so annoying.

Beep…

Your eyes fluttered opening. Everything was so bright. You snapped your eyes shut and shifted over. After a while, you cracked your eyes open, allowing them to adjust to the rooms harsh lighting.

The annoying beeping from before came from a small device next to your bed. You seemed to be in a hospital of sports. A sudden urge to get up made you jerk forward.
Where were your Bakugan?!

"Axe? Ark? Where are you?" You managed to croak out, not seeing any signs of your companions. The only response you got was a loud click. It came from the door. A lady had walked in and was staring at you. She reached up to her ear and quickly spoke, "Mr.Dusk. She's awake."

"My Bakugan." You groaned and gently rubbed your eyes. You were beginning to feel a dull throbbing in your head. "Just lie back down. You'll be fine, ma'am." The nurse said and forced you to lie down. You shook your head, quickly sitting up and swinging your legs off the bed.

"Please, lie back down!" She pleaded, trying to reason with you but you just ignored her. Her attempts were useless. You stood and tried to walk away but a pin prick feeling in your inner forearm. There were sharp needles stuck in there, cords leading to different machines. You ripped them out and left them hanging.

The nurse refused to come closer, instead backing into a corner. You were happy about this. She wouldn't bother you. Now, where were your Bakugan?

"Hey gang?!" You called but there was no answer. You were getting increasingly worried.
You noticed the door and quickly exited the room. The hallway was big. And, which way were you supposed to go?
You decided to just turn left, running down the hall, trying different doors. Most were locked. You finally got fed up and rammed into one of them. The door didn't budge. You body slammed it again and surprisingly, it popped open. It lead to another hallway. You quickly ran down it.

"Please be okay," you muttered, worrying about your partners. You burst through another door and people turned to you, their faces holding shock and surprise. A few people in strong-looking suits quickly barred your entry and began forcing you back into the hall.

You stumbled away from the strange men, only to be faced by more. They were cornering you! You began freaking out. These people were surrounding you on all sides
One of them reached to grab you. That was their first mistake. You grabbed their arm and pulled them forward, using their body as a stepping stool to jump over the others. You landed with a loud thud, hissing at a pain in your side.

The men quickly turned to follow, noticing that you were already halfway down the hallway again. They yelled at each other as they followed.
You chuckled. You were getting away.

You made a right turn and skidded to a stop. You had jinxed it. There was another group of people and they cornered you again.

They pointed metal devices at you. This made you freeze. You didn't want to die, you just wanted to find your Bakugan and get the hell out of this place. You sighed, slumping to the floor.

"Hey. What's going on here? Stand down men." A calm but authoritative voice ordered making the men stand back and raise their hand in a salute. "Sorry sir. This intruder broke in," one of them explained. Wait. Your were an intruder? How?

"She's not an intruder." There were footsteps and a white haired man appeared in your vision, squeezing his way through the group.

He stopped in front of you and kneeled down. He gave you a sympathetic smile.
