Chapter 6: Sleeping Beauty

Catalia Woke up the next morning feeling wonderful, wrapped up in Alexander robe.
Catalia look at the time and it was 1pm in the afternoon, this shocked her usually she was up before the sun.
She had missed some meetings this morning in which she had made some calls and apologized for not making the appointments.

Catalia thought since the day is basically over she is going to get freshen up and hang by the pool for a while, getting a tan never hurt anyone she thought.

Catalia turn heads as she walked to the pool area and so happen one the heads belong to Mr. Arrogant himself. She ignored his deep stares and lay down to enjoy the beautiful sunshine, while reading a book.

            Alexander woke up at the crack of dawn to get some work done before his meeting at 9am.
Alexander completed his work and got up to get ready to start his day.

Alexander reaches work about 8:30 and got everything ready for his meeting.
He was meeting Mr. Derek Scott the owner or Lands JamCo. He own majority of the unused land here. He wanted a purchase a land vast of land to build a One stop Mall. Where I want my Mall to be land is owned by him and no one can refuse my offers.

There was a knock on Alexander office door.
"Come in" said Alexander.
"Good morning Mr. Fernandez"
Good morning Miss Lyons, How May I assist?"
"Just letting you know, Mr. Scott and his team as arrived."
"Thank you, show them to the main office and make sure they are comfortable, I'll be there in a minute"
"Ok Sir".

Alexander closed his laptop and left his office.

"Good morning Gentlemen". He said

"Good morning". They replied.

He shooked  Mr. Scott's hand.

"It's a pleasure having you here on such short notice, Mr. Scott". He said.

"It's my pleasure ok. When your Alexander Fernandez, it's a different case" said Mr. Scott while laughing.

"Mr. Scott I want to build a one stop Mall, nothing like you have seen before. You can literally get anything there and more."

"That's great Mr. Fernandez"

Alexander nods.

"So how am I tied to all this? I know money, land or labour isn't an issue for you."

"That is correct Mr. Scott but where I want to build the Mall the land is own by you."

"I have billions in land, Mr. Fernandez you will have to give me more."

"I understand Mr. Scott, I would like to purchase the land you own on the other side of Miami surrounded by the trees and forestry"

"Oh, I would go do that yes, but that land is already sold."

"Mr. Scott you don't understand I need that land, money is not an issue I can pay twice as much as he did"

"I know that, however I don't go back on a deal, the person paid three times as much."

"Mr. Scott would like to know the person who purchase that land"

"Mr. Fernandez you know I don't give that information out."

"Mr. Scott I wasn't asking you."

Mr. Scott look surprise by his statement, but knowing how powerful Alexander is and he wasn't in for any trouble, he decide to tell him.

"Mr. Alexander the land was purchase by one Miss Catalia Pedro to build a wonderful home away form home resort."

Alexander was shocked by his revelation but didn't show any emotions as to what he just heard.

"Thank you Mr. Scott it was a pleasure having you here."
"Your welcome, do enjoy your day, team let's go."
Alexander nod and escorted them out.

Alexander went to his office.
Press the intercom.
"Miss Lyons, My office now"
Miss Lyons was shaken by his tone, wondering what as she done now.
She knocked on the door,
"Yes, Mr. Fernandez?" She said in a low tone.
"All my appointments for the day cancel them, I'll be leaving."
"Ok Sir, I will. Is there anything else?"
"No." And she left.

Alexander decide to leave earlier than normal. On his way home all he can think off was the moment Mr. Scott told his Catalia own the land he wanted so badly.

He reached the hotel about 1:30 in the afternoon only to see Miss Pedro in a sun kiss bathing suit walking to the pool area.
Her beauty magnifies under the rays of the sun. Her curves striking and she wasn't covered. Who could blame her a body like that was phenomenal, who would want to hide it.
He was snapped out his gaze when he saw her looking at him, but she didn't acknowledge him, she was still upset from last night he figured.

    Alexander got to room and got dress to enjoy a day by the pool as well. He needed to apologize for last night an get some information about the land, if she is willing to tell him.

He made sure the deck beside Catalia was closed off to the rest of the guest.
He came down stair and went straight to the deck and sit down.
Catalia didn't notice him as yet, so he lay down and place an hat over his face.
Catalia got up and realized someone was beside her now.
"Omg your body is gorgeous." She said but got no reply.
She frowned.
Catalia sat there staring at this Greek God that was beside her, taking in all his glory.

Catalia was captivated by this man, she wanted to know who he is, he wanted to see his face, if he had this body he must be handsome too.
Catalia proceed to touch the man.

"Excuse me Sir." he didn't move.
She touched him again and he turned.
"I am Catalia, and you are?"

He proceed to get up and took the hat off his face.
With a mischievous smile she was looking at Mr. Arrogant himself.
Before she could speak or move. Alexander said.
"Nice to know you find me attractive." Then started laughing.
Catalia was so embarrassed she stormed off leaving all her belongs. Before Alexander could stop her she was already gone.
