"Holy Bloodworth where am I," I said to myself as I first arrived on earth. The air, the light everything felt different and magical. I couldn't believe what was happening I had escaped from Agairo!
As I walked my first steps on earth I recalled Adaiemas Bloodworth's treacherous lies.
"There is nothing beyond the skies of Agairo. You peasants must know if anyone tries to break my rules they will pay. I will show no mercy. We are cursed to unhappiness and misery even if a foolish Agairan manages to escape he will suffer and eventually die a slow painful death as our kind cannot survive anywhere else except on Agario, under my rule" The lord of Agairo had said whilst sitting on his precious black iron throne.
Lies I thought to myself, the planet of the earth was amazing there was greenery everywhere, beautiful flowers blooming, kids playing in the park, and just simple humans enjoying their lives. I felt bad about leaving without saying goodbye to my parents Robert and Adaline Woodson but I needed answers. Answers about everything. So I kept walking on the unknown path in front of me which seemed endless.
I had to shift, I needed cover I couldn't be myself, if someone recognized me it would be the end of my parents. I saw a boy with pale white skin, blue eyes, blonde hair I knew that if I took his body no one from Agario would know that it's me. I had only shapeshifted once before and it was agonizing. The person who I had embodied had died I didn't know what my powers would do and ever since then I never shapeshifted again. Death and pain are two reasons why my powers are more of a curse. "One who is ashamed to be in his own skin is too weak to be an Agairan." is what lord Bloodworth had said while banishing me to a life full of misery. I had no choice but to shapeshift so I did on an empty, dark road. I screamed in pain and blacked out. As my eyes opened I saw that boy's body next to mine with his eyes closed forever. A tear rolled down my Cheek as all I felt was a pain. I started to walk towards the sun thinking about how I had a new body but the same empty soul.
Soon the bright yellow sun started to set and the navy blue almost black night started to rise. It had been hours since I started walking I was parched and starving. Sweat rolled down my face while I was still walking in search of some kind of shelter. At a distance, I saw a board saying welcome to Rockwell.
" Yo! are you lost or something" a boyish voice boomed. Sheer panic ran through my body as I saw a human walk towards me. "What if he attacks" I thought in my mind. I tightened my postured ready to defend myself. His face became clearer as he came closer. There was innocence in his dark eyes. He was taller than me but much leaner. I was still getting used to my new body. It was different than mine; All my scars were gone; covered from this layer of beautiful pale skin. The human's clothing was odd his bottoms had ripped. I gazed at him trying to figure out everything I could. " are you okay?" He said snapping me out of my thoughts.
" Yes, I am lost, I have been walking for hours and have nowhere to go". I said nervously. I learned many languages on Agairo but English was the one I was most drawn to.
Earth has always been fascinating to me. I use to secretly read and research everything I could about it. There was always more than just fascination I felt like I had a connection with the earth, I was missing something, it was as though the earth was calling me to it and I was right.
"It's quite late and I stay just around the corner from here so you could crash with me tonight," said the man. He had dark hair flowing perfectly into waves it was something I had never seen before.
"That would be nice but why would you do that for a stranger," I said
"This is Rockwell we townies tend to look out for each other here. I am Alex by the way" he said with a smile on his face.
