The school where everyone goes is called Union Academy I know not so original but this is how the school works. There are two separate classes one is for those with Quirks, Sacred Gears, Semblances, Magic, Ect and those who have no power or magical ability they have normal classes like English and Math together but they have separate classes when it comes to training with their powers and abilities. Humans or those with no magic or power take Martial Art and self-defense classes while the others have classes to train their magic and powers but they still have the same lunch together so they can still hangout with each other. Now here's how the grading system works

14-15 year olds are 1st years
16-17 year olds are 2nd years
18-19 year olds are 3rd years

Every year there is a tournament for those with magic and power to prove themselves and how strong they've gotten over time it's basically like the sports festival from My Hero Academia, now Union Academy focuses on general education but it also focuses on teaching their students to defend themselves and others essentially preparing them for their future whether they wanna have a normal job or become a huntsmen/huntress, A Hero, An Adventurer, and Ect. Once these people lived in separate worlds but soon they collided and joined together to protect their worlds from a threat that needed them to work together now they live together as the ones who brought their worlds together All Might and the heros, Lucifer and the supernatural, Ozpin with huntsmen and Huntress, Lord Death and his Weapon Meisters, Blast and The Hero Association, Aang and the benders, The Fire Force Companies. All banded together and made a world for all to live in and continue on with their lives this is United City.
