VAUGHN'S P.O.V

You were there when I needed you the most. But you weren't there to help me; you were there to completely destroy me.

-Vaughn

2 weeks had passed but I didn't see Stella inside and outside the campus. I wonder what she is up to this time.

Oh well, that's good. I can have a peaceful week.

And as Dmitri promised, he never got into fights or got into trouble for two weeks straight. That's new but that's good. He walked his talk and if you ask me if I'm happy?

I am. At least my worry disappeared.

DMITRI'S P.O.V

1 MESSAGE RECEIVED.

I opened the message and saw it was from Vy, short for Vaughn Yvett.

'Come to the old dancing hall quickly.'

My eyebrows furrowed. What on earth is she doing on the dancing hall in the middle of the class? Not to mention she said in the old dancing hall. The school didn't use that hall for years now and I wonder why she wants me to go there.

This must be urgent.

I asked permission to the teacher to go out and he said okay. I have no problem with Mr. Valdez, he's great.

I ran downstairs and to the old dancing hall. The old dancing is located on the east side of the school opposite to the school clinic. However, the old dancing hall is surrounded by trees since they made it a storehouse and our school mini-forest but still it's part of the school perimeter.

The quite eerie met me when I got there.

"Vy?" calling her name as I push the door open.

I heard no answer just the creaking sound of the door.

"Vy?"

I called her again but still, she didn't respond. I'm starting to feel uneasy but continue to walk.

"Are we playing hide and seek right now?" I gripped my phone tightly in my hands. "Well, this isn't a good play."

I heard a noise in my back but before I can turn my head around to see what it is, a hard object hit me in the head.

VAUGHN'S P.O.V

I'm starting to get furious while waiting for Dmitri to arrive. We have an agreement that after class we'll meet each other at the fish pond of this school at exactly 4:30 pm. But it's almost 6 pm and no sign of Dmitri, he didn't even text me. He could have sent a text and inform me that he can't make it.

Urrrgggggg!!!

Wait...

Where is my phone?

I checked my bag quickly and look for my phone but I can't see my phone. I'm sure I put it on my bag before I went to the comfort room hours ago.

Where I can possibly misplace it?

No. I'm really sure I put it there.

I checked my bag one last time scattering my things on the floor to have a better view, I even checked my pocket but still I didn't find my phone.

I take a long breathe and sigh.

You've got to be kidding me...

Great.

Just great.

Someone just took my phone and I didn't even know.

Because I can't contact him I decided to go to the staff's office and ask Mr. Valdez if he knows where is Dmitri.

But he told me that before class dismissal Dmitri left the classroom and never came back. His bag is still in the classroom. I almost didn't believe him when he said that because Dmitri never goes to a place without telling me or telling someone who will later inform me just like what he did weeks ago.

He can't just disappear like this. Maybe something happened to him.

I clenched my fist because of the thought.

-

My questions were answered the moment I opened my Facebook account when I got home.

Someone sent me a message request contains a message.

'If you want to see Dmitri alive go to this place tomorrow at exactly 8:00 pm.'

There is an address attached to the message.

I was right. Something happened to Dmitri and the person behind this message is responsible for it.

Typing.......

'Bring no one but yourself. I know how clever you are but use it and you will lose him. Try me.'

And then just a second 'You can't reply to this conversation.'

Whoever this is, he or she will pay for taking Dmitri.

I then remembered Stella. Is she the one behind this? Is this the reason why she never showed up for 2 weeks? I hope not because even if it's her I won't hesitate to do the thing she accused me that I did to her father.

I can't think of enough possibilities for tomorrow. No matter what happened Dmitri should live or I do something I never did before.

Stella you once so dear to me but if it's you who did this. You will regret that you give me a chance to play in your game.
