At the restaurant Quinn and Awsten talked.

"What is your job?" Awsten asked

"Oh I work at big business company." Quinn sighed

Awsten nodded

"What about you? How is like being in a band?" Quinn asked curiously

"Its fun, I like preforming. I always get sick on tour. But I really like makeing music." Awsten explained.

"I would love to see you preform." Quinn smiled at him

Awsten smiled, "I'll make sure to tell you when tour starts up."

After Quinn and yAwsten finished they were on there way to get Juniper.

"What's songs have you heard?" Awsten asked

"The alligator song as Juniper calls it and Stupid For You played afterwards." Quinn answered.

Awsten nodded. "You know I have cooler songs than that right?" He joked

"Of course I do." Quinn smiled

They finally made it to the school and both got out to meet with Chris.

"No bad blood okay Chris. Juniper doesn't need to see us argue." Quinn snarled

"Yeah fine. Whatever." Chris shrugged.

Quinn sighed as Chris walked ahead.

Awsten gently grabbed Quinn's hand.

"Just ignore him." Awsten said softly

"I'm trying."

Awsten and Quinn held hands while they walked.

When they made it Juniper saw them and ran to Quinn. Quinn crouched down and hugged her.

"Mommy!"

"Hey sweets, how was it?" Quinn asked as they pulled away.

"It was fun!" Quinn smiled and saw Awsten who crouched down with em.

Awsten smiled at Juniper. Juniper hugged him tightly.

"It would have been cooler if you where there" Juniper smiled at awsten

"Hey little one!" Chris smiled

Juniper talked to her dad.

"You guys wanna go to I hop or something for some victory pancakes?" Quinn offer while standing up. Awsten stood up too and put his arm over her shoulders.

Chris rolled his eyes at Quinn.

"Can we!?" Juniper asked excited.

"Of course!" Quinn smiled

"Are you coming with us daddy?" Juniper asked

"Yeah!" Chris smiled

They all headed to there cars. While they were walking to there cars juniper held Quinns hand and reached up for Awsten's.

Awsten moved his arm from Quinn's shoulders and held
Junipers while she skipped.

Chris slammed his car door and drove off.

Quinn buckled up Juniper.

"Why is daddy mad?" Juniper asked

"I dont know maybe he had a bad day?" Quinn answered

After she shut junipers door she looked at Awsten and smiled sadly.

"I'm sorry Awsten. I dont know why hes so bitter towards you. You're really amazing." Quinn said then looked at her shoes.

"Hey, dont even worry about it." Awsten said and pulled her into a hug.

Once Awsten and Quinn got into the car and made it to I hop they saw Chris outside his car waiting.

"What took you so long?" He asked bitterly.

Quinn ignored him and held Juniper in her arms and went in with Awsten.

They all got seated Awsten and Quinn on one side, Chris and Juniper on the other.

Quinn was across from Chris while Awsten was across from Juniper.

"What do you want sweets?"

"Blueberry pancakes!" Juniper said happily while coloring the kids menu

"So what do you do for work Awsten?" Chris asked

"Hes in a band!" Juniper said excitedly

Chris looked at Juniper then awsten.

"Yeah, I am in a band." Awsten smiled

"He also spells his name super cool!" Juniper added

"Have I heard you on the radio?" Chris asked

"Probably not there one station that plays some of my songs but I had to censor some of the words." Awsten explained

"Have you heard any of his music little one?" Chris asked

Quinn got tense, that was one thing Chris and her disagreed on was music to listen to around Juniper.

Awsten saw this and gently placed a hand on Quinns leg.

"Yeah! He had a video with a alligator and his eyes turned orange!" Juniper explained excitedly

"Wow that's cool! Did he say any no no words?"

"I dont think so." Juniper said now coloring her page green.

Quinn relaxed a bit but put her hand on awsten.

Quinn didnt know when awsten became her anchor but it was nice to have him there. He read her body language well which she liked about him.

"Hello! I'm your waitress Lidia what can I get you all?"

After they all finished there food they sat and talked, well. It was more Chris interrogating Awsten.

"Does your band tour a lot?" Chris asked

"Probably the normal band amout.." Awsten answered while playing tic tac toe with Juniper.

"Have you played warped tour? Mommy loves warped
tour!" Juniper asked

"Yeah I have actually!" Awsten said and looked at Quinn.

"That's cool maybe we saw eachother?" Quinn said softly

Awsten smiled.

Chris rolled his eyes, "warped tour wasnt even that cool. I remember haveing to pick you and your friend up and you guy were dehydrated."

Quinn shrugged her shoulders and moved closer to Awsten.

After Ihop they all decided to go home. Awsten flicked threw the radio stations while Quinn drove.

"Can you spend the night Awsten?" Juniper asked

"I can't I'm really sorry, I have a photoshoot to do with my friend tomorrow." Awsten sighed, "but I can stay longer untill you go to bed?" Awsten offered

"Okay." Juniper pouted.

They all made it home and Juniper hugged Awsten.

Quinn smiled and looked threw Juniper's school bag.

"No home work?" Quinn asked

"Nope!" Juniper smiled then ran to her room

Awsten gently rubbed Quinn's back.

"Sorry your ex was a dick." Awsten said

"Its fine. I should be apoligizing." Quinn sighed and hugged Awsten.

"Dont, its not your fault." Awsten mummbled and hugged her back

Quinn didnt know why she felt tied to him but she didnt want him to leave.

Awsten felt it to, he was kinda scared. He didnt want to go threw anything again.

Quinn gently pulled away. Awsten smiled at her.

"Feeling any better?" He asked

"Kinda."
