Your Parents.
First of all, I am so grateful for the two figures in my life that have raised me, given me everything and taught me so much. Second of all, to make this more interesting and less personal, I shall make them exaggerated forms of themselves, aspirations that you see in their genuine selves so it will hopefully turn out, I don't know, pretty cool or really cringe.
The fairytale in a world that was never a fairytale.
Inspired by the language I'm learning at school - of course I have a test for that some day.
Once upon a time, there lived a wandering musician; a storyteller by the telling of sound and rhythm as he is fascinating to watch, as he plays the notes of the science of the planets and art together. But he had yet to discover what was apparently missing in his life; he couldn't remember the steps to his first dance. It had been missing ever since his story wasn't yet told, because it was preoccupied with the stories of others - way too many, hiding him from himself, so that he forgot himself, only having a shell of himself buried in his work. One day, a woman appeared in bright colours, with a flow that sparked fires, an aggressiveness that clung onto what she deemed precious. And what did she find? She found a unique stray ember surrounded by others that she wanted to nurture - and how so? Well he was already somewhat struck by her character, and admired her ability to dance, so all she did is was teach him the steps to his dance again, as she remembers in a past, watching him tell his story from afar, perhaps in a dream that was fated as he had no audience except her back then. Of course, they grew together and found companionship within each other, through play, adventure and memories that 'til this day, he is still slowly learning the dance of life, while she still teaches him, however impatient and patient she becomes, and in mistakes find their dance, together and apart, because as individuals, what I've learned is, learning from each other sometimes can make you learn about yourself too.
And as it makes him see himself again, they will somewhat happily live ever after, as if it were a fairytale.
I hope they find their own stories again. That is all I can wish for.
Author's notes:
- I am half asleep writing this, probably doesn't make any sense.
- THIS IS FICTION. My mind has created something twisted that doesn't belong in the real world, perhaps only in small moments, but this came from purely the prompt and elements of inspiration because the prompt said so.
- my mind is so weird.
