Teagan and her were going to be going to the same college but when she came across a situation where she lost some of her scholarships.Now she can't afford to her dream college and decide to go to a smaller college. Laila who is upset because she thought would be together.

Teagan was cool with the girls Laila hung with but they didn't really have title to go by. Occasionally a simple hey or bye,which didn't bother Teagan at all.
Laila felt like Teagan was the few who she could talk to without feeling judge.

Adjusting her hearing aid she began walk inside the nearby corner store.Hearing multiple voices and conversations feeling intense stares but ignoring them.
"'Scuse me." Teagan said in her low voice to the person who blocking the entrance and having conversation with a group pf other people.
Not responding she said it louder,"Excuse me." looking up at the figure.
Staring at him waiting for him to sightly irritated by now.
"Yo Kain she said sumin." someone pointed out.
Finally looking at her with a stare he moved to the side.
"What she got in her ears?" someone said randomly.
Fortunately she didn't catch that.

The owner look surprised by the words that rarely pass people mouths in here.

Teagan was used to her half siblings fight and scream at each other,who were only two years apart.She was also had a really good relationship with their mom. Teagan also had another older brother and sister all together they were five in total. Teagan knew her dad was hoeing around back then because of all the stories she heard.
"You talk to Daddy?"
"Yeah his ass called last week."
Teagan dad has been in and out since a yougin' and he never thought of stoping and turn his life around for his kids. He has another court hearing two months from now.
" What happen at the doctor's visit forgot to call you about that."
Teagan was used to being question about her hearing impairment but to her it was a touchy subject she wish to keep to her self.
"I went to go do a hearing test but it came back as they always do,the doctor also told me there is chance i might qualify for a surgery that can benefit my hearing."
"So that's a good thing right?"
" Yeah if the surgery work's Mari."
"Don't stress bout it."
Mari was really overprotective about her older sister,maybe because she was a little more sensitive then the rest of them.
"Ok ima hit you up later,love you."

"Can you take my picture? asked to Teagan to the hairstlyst after paying her.
"Yeah."
