Deku The Monster Unleashed (discontinued)

Chapter 6: The Day of Kindness and the Day of Answers.

Deku's POV

It's been a long day I thought to myself. It's been a month since that vision at the beach. No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get that vision out of my head. That vision has been haunting me for days on end. I couldn't pay attention in class ever since that day.

 I was full of questions who were those two boys? Who was that woman? What does this mean to me of all people? "Midorya?". I looked up to see Nezu staring at me with questionable eyes. "Oh sorry sir! Uh what were we talking about?", I asked. "Something on your mind?", Nezu asked me with a smile while raising his eyebrow. 

He had the kind of smile that would put any kid into position to tell you anything. Not me though unlike kids my age I have a lot of guilt. Nezu works so hard taking care of each one of his students in UA. The last thing I want is to add more trouble to his days as the principal. "Not really sir", I said with a stoic voice.

 "Midorya what have we talked about on the topic of keeping pent up issues?", Nezu asked. "That keeping pent up issues aren't healthy", we both said. "I know but really it's not a issue it's just a lot to think about", I responded not wanting to keep Nezu worried. "So your wondering about something? May I ask what you are wondering about?", Nezu asked.

 "Well... it's nothing important", I said trying to throw Nezu off my case. "If it's gonna affect your ability to study and learn then Midorya I think it is very important", Nezu said. "Well you see uh.....wanna play some chess?", I asked. "I would be happy to play some chess but shouldn't we discuss what you are wond-" "GREAT I'LL GET THE CHESS PIECES AND THE BOARD", I yelled cutting Nezu off.

 As I walked away I felt a wave of relief fall over me. Phew I thought. I grabbed the chess setup off the game shelf then returned to Nezu quickly setting up the game. All while eyeing Nezu who seemed to be pouring tea for me and him. "There", I said gladly finishing the chess board. "Splendid", Nezu said clapping his paws together.

 After setting up the chess board me and Nezu went on to have 10 rounds of chess. To be honest we only had ten games because each game was insanely short. What do you expect after all facing a man in chess who's quirk is super intelligence the winning factor tends to weight in one direction.

 "That's checkmate Midorya", Nezu told me as we finished up our tenth game. "Seems so", I said with a smile. I really did admire Nezu he was very nice and he was amazingly clever. I wish to become like him one day. "You should be proud of yourself Midorya after all it took me 8 moves that time", Nezu explained. "Like that's an accomplishment", I said with a chuckle. "Well I suppose it's time you tell me what your were wondering about. After all I wouldn't want that certain wonder to affect your ability to learn", Nezu told me with a smile.

 "Well Nezu sir it's just well...", I was stalling trying to find away out of this conversation. "Hey Nezu sir don't you need some new soil? And-and aren't we out of tea?", I asked hoping he would say yes. This could be my way out I thought. "Well yes Midorya", he responded. "Then well why don't I go buy some for you?", I asked. "That's fine Midorya i'll just buy some tomorrow." 

"Come on Nezu sir you do so much for me this is the least I can do", I told him. Nezu seemed to frown and look off at the other direction before looking back at me a small wallet in his hand. "If you insist Midorya just..... be careful", he said with a worried voice. "I will", I told him with a bright smile.

 I would take the wallet and I would stuff it in my pocket before heading for the door. I was halfway out when he said, "be safe." I didn't turn to Nezu but I smiled just before I walked out. Before I left I crouched down and petted my favorite bunny Usagi. 

Later in the day, I was almost to the market when I came across a boy and a girl who were playing near a dark alley way. They were very noisy. They sounded like they were playing some kinda hero game. It was cute to say the least. I started to walk away from the them when all of a sudden I felt a tug on my leg.
