Back Up To The Mountain

No One's POV

At the bottom of a large snowy mountain stood a (H/C), (E/C), (S/C), and (Your/Height) young man who was eighteen. He wore a black t-shirt, with a grey sweater, and a red jacket. He also wore leg thermals, long socks, pants, and hiking boots. He stood next to his car as he pulled out a bag meant for holding pizza boxes. He got everybody half a side of their favorite pizza, that he could remember. The bag had straps, so he put it on his back as he started heading up the mountain as he walked on the path. He saw footsteps in the snow so he knew that a few people have already started coming up and were on their way to the cabin. (Y/N) kept walking to run into a fence with a note on it. He picked it up to read it, "The fence is locked. Climb or go around." (Y/N) put the note back on the fence, "Shit." He took a step back to look at the wall as he could probably climb it thanks to Sam's lessons. But he would mess up the pizzas if he climbed, so he decided to go back, go right, and walk up a steep hill putting him in the woods.

He walked for another twenty minutes as his feet constantly crunched the snow below him. He was took another step to get hit in face with a snowball. He recollected himself to look to his right as he heard a female voice, "I wouldn't move if I were you." Ashley was shown as she took a few steps forward as she held another snowball. (Y/N) put one hand on his bag while he put his other hand up signaling Ashley to stop walking, "Don't take another step forward. I have precious cargo." "What do you have?" "Pizza. Of the greatest quality. If I go, it goes." Ashley held her snowball up, "You wouldn't dare." The two had a stare off with each other until Ashley dropped her weapon, "I surrender. Don't hurt the cargo." 

The two then started laughing as Ashley recollected herself, "How many pizzas do you have?" "I've got four and a salad for Emily. She said something about wanting to eat healthy so, yeah." "You asked people what they wanted? You didn't ask me?" "I got our favorite kind." Mushrooms? I'm vegetarian now." (Y/N) went to say something but didn't as he didn't get mushrooms as he also looked confused. Ashley then smiled as she hit (Y/N)'s shoulder, "I'm messing with you! You got sausage and bacon with buffalo sauce right?" "Of course." Ashley started to walk forward as she pointed forward, "Come on. Every will be hungry when they get to the lodge." (Y/N) followed her as they continued to walk through the forest as they went higher and higher up. (Y/N) and Ashley have been childhood friends since second grade. (Y/N) met Mike, Sam, and Beth through Ashley as she met Chris and Matt through (Y/N).

The two walked further down the path to run into a telescope. Ashley went to it and looked inside, "Oh I love these things." (Y/N) stood behind her as he put his hands in his pockets, "What do you see?" Ashley looked around to see Mike and Emily getting a little bit to close making her look out of the telescope, "Hello." "What? What did you see?" Ashley looked back at (Y/N), "Oh nothing. It was just a squirrel. It's probably gone now." "Come on let me see." (Y/N) looked through before Ashley stopped him. Although he immediately jumped back as he screamed for Matt to come up from the other side of the telescope as he was laughing. (Y/N) panted a little as he caught his breathe, "You asshole." Matt clapped his hands as his laughs lessened, "Oh that was to good." 

As the two recollected themselves Matt looked at the telescope, "What're you guys looking at?" Ashley quickly answered, "Oh nothing. Just a squirrel. It's probably gone by now." (Y/N) crossed his arms, "Yeah I was about to see it until your ugly mug showed up." Matt put his hands on his heart as he spoke sarcastically, "Oh I am so sorry. Do you want a cookie for your troubles." Ashley laughed in her hand until she spoke up, "Alright ladies your both pretty. But can you two fight in the lodge? I'm freezing." The three smiled as Matt put his hands up, "Sounds fair. Let's go."  The three started walking towards the lodge all together.

As they were walking Matt walked up to (Y/N), "What kind of pizza did you get me?" "Pepperoni and ham with jalapeno cheese and banana peppers on top." Matt clapped his hands together as he smiled, "Alright that's what I'm talking about." As they were walking (Y/N) noticed a wooden object on the ground. So he walked up to it to get on one knee as he picked it up and turn it around. [Danger: (Y/N) is being quickly dragged through the forest by a weird creature as he screamed.] (Y/N) then set the totem down as he stood back up and continued walking with the other two.

They soon arrived for Josh, Sam, and Chris to already be there. Ashley sat on the porch steps, while Matt stood near the porch, as Sam and (Y/N) leaned on the gate leading to the house as it wasn't far, all while Josh and Chris tried to find a way in. Sam was the first to speak between the two, "Man, I can't believe that we're back here." (Y/N) nodded, "Yeah. It's good to that Josh is doing fine though." "It's good to see everyone again. It may be a bit awkward though between Emily and Jess." "Well that's between them. We have nothing to do with." "Your right." Sam then kissed (Y/N) for a few seconds to separate from him, "Drama in love is overrated." They were then interrupted by Josh who was in the doorway of the main entrance, "You guys coming or what?!" Sam smiled as she lightly hit (Y/N)'s arm, "Come on. I'm hungry." The two walked inside and into the living room for (Y/N) to set the pizzas down, "God those are surprisingly heavy." 

As everyone was doing their own thing (Y/N) put all of the pizza on a table as he opened them all  the boxes except for one. Chris was the first to walk over, "Where is the peperoni?" Chris then saw the whole pizza of pepperoni to take a slice and take a bite. He then looked at (Y/N), "Thank you my dear deliverer. You are a hero today." (Y/N) took a slice of his pizza, "No problem." A minute passed for Jess and Mike to arrive and sit on the couch. They started cuddling for Emily to walk in and start a fight with Jess. Everyone who wasn't Jess, Matt, and Emily stayed out of the argument until Josh stopped them to remind them all that they were here to have fun. The argument stopped for Jess and Mike to leave as Emily started to check her bags. 

(Y/N) grabbed the last pizza box to head towards the door Mike and Jess walked out as Josh walked back in. (Y/N) went through the door to see Jess go down the stairs as Mike was still up, "Pstt. Mike." Mike stopped as he looked behind him and walked back to (Y/N), "Yeah?" (Y/N) handed him the box, "One half is five cheese for Jess, and the other half, I know you said supreme, but I got you the all meat lovers." Mike to the box as he had his eyes widened a little, "That's the most expensive one you can get." "A man needs protein for his energy and stamina." Mike held the box with one hand as he put his other on (Y/N)'s shoulder, "You are a true friend (Y/N). If you ever need a favor. I will help you out." "I will hold you to that." Mike turned back around to go downstairs as (Y/N) walked back in. 

Sam walked up the stairs, "I am going to go take a bath." (Y/N) looked up at her, "Can I join?!" Sam looked back at him, "Ha ha. I'm good on my own!" "It was worth a shot!" Sam rolled her eyes as she shook her head with a smile on her face as she walked up the rest of the stairs. A minute passed for Emily to complain about Matt leaving one of her bags, "We need to go back for it." Matt sighed, "Can we at least eat first?" "We can eat when we get back." "It'll be cold by then." "It'll be good cold." "It's pizza, not a salad." "Stop whining and come on." The two left leaving only four. Josh tended to the fire, "We need more firewood. Can someone go get some more?" Chris began to volunteer, but (Y/N) beat him to it, "I'll go." "There is a shack full of firewood nearby. Go grab some and come back. Go out the backdoor." "Will do captain." (Y/N) began to leave, but quickly winked to Ashley as he moved his head towards Chris making her shy as she waved hand forward and mouthed, "Go already." (Y/N) went behind the stairs and through the backdoor back into the snow.
