"Idoit! Not like that." That was definitely Thatch yelling at one of his brothers. You wondered who.

"How would you know yoi? You didn't even know how to make this garden in the first place." It would seem that Thatch was yelling at Marco.

You sat at your kitchen table sipping on lemonade while Chopper rested his head on your lap. You hadn't gone back outside after you got angry and stormed into the house. So instead you were listening to the brothers argue through the open window.

"Luffy that's upside down." Ace shouted at his younger brother.

"Huh?" Was Luffy's only response.

"It goes this way." It would seem that was Ace was correcting his brother's mistake.

"Why does it matter which way it goes? Each side looks the same." Luffy whined.

You really hoped you had a garden after this and not a mess.

"It's not the same dumbass!"

Maybe I should have hired professionals.

You hopped off your chair to go check on the guys, Chopper hot on your heels.

"How are you boys doing?" You chimed as you stepped onto the porch. You noticed the boys, except Luffy, visibly tense and Sabo even dropped the hammer he was holding.

"Um... g-good everything is good," Sabo was quick to pick up his hammer and get back to nailing the fence pieces together.

"Yeah nothing to worry about here," Thatch chuckled nervously. It would seem that the brothers were very afraid of upsetting you again.

"That's good." You were actually impressed with the work that they had gotten done. Half of the fencing was already up and the plant beds were already in place.

"Can you make food? I'm hungry," Luffy whined as he flopped himself down on the ground. His stomach let out a loud rumble. Beside him Marco was looking like his little brother had just asked the devil for a favor.

The brothers didn't want to do anything to upset you and they were sure you would start fuming since Luffy was whining for food.

"Of course babe." You skipped back into the house a big smile on your face. Luffy was also smiling imagining what good food you were going to make. While his brothers looked stunned and confused; they weren't sure how to function around you anymore.

~ Le Time Skip~

"That was amazing (Y/N)." Thatch sighed contentedly.

"Yeah real good meal yoi." Marco patted his full belly. You had made more food then was probably neccessary, you just felt really happy for some reason and cooked up a storm. But the brothers loved it especially Luffy who had eaten the most.

"That's good. I'm glad you guys liked it," you took your napkin to wipe some food from Luffy's face. The boy sure was a messy eater.

"Shouldn't you have eaten more (Y/N)? I heard pregnant women are supposed to be fat like whales and you only have a little chub on your face." Ace commented, the freckled idoit thought since you were in a good mood again he could say whatever he wanted. Boy was he wrong.

"Are you calling me a whale!?" You yelled at the freckled boy.

"N-No?" Ace barely whispered, he looked over to his brothers for help. But  Thatch had quickly left the table as soon as his brother made the comment and was back outside. Marco had gone to admire your ducks. Sabo was being somewhat helpful and doing dishes. And sweet Luffy qas smiling at his brother's misfortune.

"Speak up I can't hear you!"

"I said no!" Ace said a bit louder this time. It honestly looked like a mother scolding her misbehaving child right now.

"It better be no. Now get outside and back to work, I ain't paying you to sit around," you huffed while crossing your arms over your chest.

"You're not paying us at all."

"What was that?"

"Nothing!" Ace shot up from his chair and went back outside. Chopper who thought this was a game of chase, ran after the male.

You turned to Luffy who was still smiling.

"I'm not fat, right?" You questioned your boyfriend.

"You're cheeks are a little chubbier," Luffy reached out and started squishing your cheeks in his hands. Making your face look all funny.

"Thanks for being honest with me," you gave Luffy a peck on the lips no longer angry. "I'm gonna go take a nap."

Sabo watched after you stunned, he wanted to know how his little brother got away with saying that. Maybe it was because you two loved each other?

"Okay I'll have a bath ready for you later," Luffy called after you. Or maybe it was because Luffy was buttering you up by doing sweet things?

Sabo just went back to doing dishes, thinking about how things always seemed to work out for Luffy was hurting his head.
