Messrs. Padfoot would like to high-five Messrs. Weasley.
Messrs. Prongs would like to have a pint with Messrs. Weasley, as they seem just like his kind of people. As long as they solemnly swear it.
"Solemnly swear it?" George mutters, "Ok, I solemnly swear to create trouble."
Messrs. Moony is cringing at how close Messrs. Weasley are at getting the right words.
Messrs. Wormtail advises Messrs. Weasley to perhaps imply something that they will not do.
Messrs. Padfoot thinks Messrs. Wormtail pretty much just gave it away, git.
Messrs. Prongs agrees with Messrs. Padfoot, but trusts Messrs. Weasley will manage their mischief well enough.
"Dropping hints, eh?" Fred nudges George in the arm.
"But, we need to 'imply something that we will not do' what? Behave?" George contemplates.
George's ears perk up, rather like a dog's. "Hold up, Messrs. Weasley would like to pose a query to the Marauders. Does this item require a certain phrase or string of words to essentially deactivate? Perhaps to prevent others from discovering the wonders of this parchment?"
Messrs. Moony assures Messrs. Weasley that they have the right idea.
Messrs. Wormtail is impressed at how intuitive Messrs. Weasley are.
Messrs. Padfoot agrees with Messrs. Wormtail and informs Messrs. Weasley that they have already been given the hint for the "exit words"
Messrs, Prongs is impressed that Messrs. Wormtail can spell intuitive.
"Agh! Ok, so we have to get another phrase." George groans.
"Shut up, we can do this. I solemnly swear I will disregard the rules!"
Messrs. Moony reminds Messrs. Weasley to come up with the closure first, since the contents of this parchment would prevent contact with the Marauders.
Messrs. Wormtail advises Messrs. Weasley to remember that this is used to manage mischief
Messrs. Padfoot advises Messrs. Weasley to make sure they don't close this parchment until they have managed their mischief.
Messrs. Prongs advises Messrs. Weasley to not use this m- item for good.
Messrs. Prongs is a bunch of words on parchment and is still a git.
"Wow. Ok, is the closure I have managed my mischief" Fred asks, rubbing his temples.
Messrs. Moony suggests Messrs. Weasley rephrase that just the slightest bit.
Messrs. Wormtail is in the edge of his figurative seat in anticipation.
Messrs. Padfoot trusts Messrs. Weasley enough to let them know the closure is only two words.
Messrs. Prongs enjoys creme brulee.
"Mischief Managed?" George tries.
"Nice one!" Fred whoops as the words appear on the parchment.
The Marauders congratulate Messrs. Weasley on getting the right words.
Messrs. Weasley need only to figure out the solemn oath used to put this in use.
