Endless Future (Either never updating or becoming a wings of fire au)

Chapter two

   After a full day of non-stop patrols around the BFBClan borders, the cats of the clan could finally get some much-needed sleep. Bubblefoot curled up in her nest with a crow from the fresh'kill pile. Rubyjump and Flowerfield were in the corner, sharing a rabbit between them. as the den begun to fill up with cats, Bubblefoot finished her crow and closed her eyes to go to sleep. 

   Instead of being greeted by the calmness of her dreams, bubblefoot instead found herself in an unsettling version of where she was when she fell asleep. Nobody was in the Iance den, and the only sound she could hear was slight rustling from another den. "Okay, maybe I'm just imagining a nightmare or something," Bubblefoot tried to assure herself in a whispering tone. Bubblefoot could scent nothing except one other cat, and it seemed to be from the same direction as the rustling she heard earlier. She heard pawsteps approaching the Iance den. "Hello? Who's out there? I know there is someone!" she mewed. "Oh, thank StarClan I thought I was the only one here!" the voice outside said. Bubblefoot felt a bit more relieved when she discovered the holder to the voice was leafybreeze.

Bubblefoot left the den and was greeted by Leafybreeze outside. "I think we're in some type of dream-word. I find it strange that we would share the same dream though," Leafybreeze murmured. "Yeah, this seems... off," Bubblefoot agreed. Leafy was looking around for a while before stopping, "Wait. Now that I think of it I remember something like this happening to me before, back when we were in BFDIClan and not BFBClan. I was wandering around the dream version of camp for a while back then. We need to go to the edge of camp to see something, come one Bubblefoot." The blue She'Cat followed her friend to the camp exit. (ha, exit) 

"It's kind of like a vision into the future, it doesn't give you complete details, but it gives you enough details to be warned for an upcoming event. When I saw one of these a while back it was completely silent and there was no speaking, only ghostly versions of our friends playing out the future," Leafybreeze explained as Bubblefoot followed to her a place on the edge of the camp. "Nothing's happening," Bubblefoot muttered. "Just... watch."

After a moment of waiting, bubblefoot could detect a faded image of a cat walking into the camp. She didn't recognize the cat as one of the cats in BFBClan or any of the other Clans. A faded image of Fourstar stepped out of the leaders den to face the new random cat. There seemed to be something about the two showing they had met before, but Bubblefoot couldn't figure out what. The two faded figured were talking in an argue-like manor for a while before all of the Clan-Cats filed into the clearing.

Everyone had a look on confusion on their face and before Bubblefoot knew what was happening there were separated cats on two sides of the camp. Fourstar was on one side, and Bubblefoot could point out herself on the same side as him. She couldn't understand why the side with Fourstar was smaller until a few moments later. Fourstar and the stranger continued to argue for a while until a look of defeat passed over the leaders face. He said something Bubblefoot could not hear to the cats in his group and gathered them up to leave. Then the vision ended. 

Bubblefoot woke up shivering in her pelt. The rest of the cats in her den were snuggled up in their nests and that gave Bubblefoot some reassurance. SnowBall growled from his nest, "Why did you have to go stirring in your nest like that? I'm surprised the rest of the den isn't awake by now!" Bubblefoot shrunk down back into her nest. Maybe it would be better if i just left the den and forgot about the dream. it probably won't come true. She still wondered how Leafybreeze would act about the whole dream situation, if the dream was even shared in the first place.
