part three

DUSTIN'S (alpha) P.O.V

It's been a long week so before I go back to the pack house I decided to let my wolf free to run. On my run my wolf smelled the most amazing smell, it was like raspberries, and wanted to run towards it. Since he has full control of course we did. Once we get to the source of the smell we saw it was a girl. She has a hint of wolf on her meaning shes a werewolf, but she isnt apart of my pack. I am extremely protective of my pack so on instinct i tried to warn her to leave. But when i stood in front of her she froze. Okay maybe she didnt catch the hint. I gave her some warning growls which my wolf did not like at all. Next thing I know shes passed out on the ground. I change into my human form and went to her.

"Who are you?" I said out loud.

"Shes our mate you stupid! Why would you do that!? Now look shes got so scared of us that she passed out!" My world yelled so angrily.

"I didnt know" I apologized

"I'm not the one who you should apologize to! She is."

I ignored him and looked down at my mate. Shes so small and fragile looking. Shes so beautiful with her long blonde hair. I realize how much I messed up and wanted to fix it so I picked her up and started walking towards the pack house.

Once I get there I open the door and started walking to my room. I got a bunch of questions on my way to the elevator.

"Alpha who is that?"
"Who's the girl?
"What's her name?"
"What happened?"

Yes my pack house is a 4 story mansion. Of course I get the whole 4th floor to myself. I ignored everyone and stepped into the elevator and pressed the number 4. Once in my room I gently set her on my bed. Then I take her heels off and set them by the edge of my bed. Then I cover her with blankets.

*knock knock knock*

I opened my door to see my third in command sister. She is like family to me. Her dad was my dads third in command.

"What do you want hope?"

She just pushes past me and goes over to my mate.

"What did you do to her!?"

"What do you know her or something?"

"This is my HUMAN best friend. Why did you bring a human here!? Is it because we were running to close to the boarder this morning? Oh God Mason you didnt have to hurt her!"

I growled at her "I didnt hurt her hope, dont ever say that. I would never do that to her...shes um.. shes my..."

"Shes what mason?"

"Shes my mate hope. Wait did you say...."

Before I could finish she squealed and jumped up and down.

"Omg omg shes your mate!? Now I dont have to hide my secret from her anymore. Shes gonna live here! And we can see each other every single day and..."

I cut her off like she did me "hope stop. Did you say shes a human? Shes not a werewolf? But I smell wolf on her. My wolf can smell her wolf."

"Um no Mason your probably mistaken I've never smelled wolf on her"

Right as I was gonna reply she started waking up.

"I'll be back, you keep her here. I need to talk with my father"

With that I mind link my father.

"Dad my office, we need to talk"

I met my dad in my office and told him everything about what happened. I even told her about hope not smelling wolf on her but I do. He thought for a minute and his facial expressions went from confused to wide eyed.

"Mason I remember hearing a story from the elders, hundreds of years ago an alpha met his mate but she was human. Or so they thought she was. He smelled wolf on her but no one else could. They thought she was human because her mother was human and got the wolf smell from her father. They brushed it off until a week or two after they met she turned into her wolf but she was different. Her wolf was pure white. She was special. She was able to heal people. The moon goddess gave her this ability because she knew what was to come. Hunters spent years planning an attack... she gave her this ability to save the werewolf race."

"So your saying my mate is speacial?"

"I'm saying shes extremely powerful and is meant to save us all."

With that I walked away to go see my mate.
