I decided to attempt to make my own sort of fan tribe... well, multiple actually, but I decided to show the ReaperWings first with Toxoid's debut.

Toxoid is bit different than most ReaperWings. After absorbing the soul of a rare shadow bite viper, his whole life changed. He noticed immediately the disappearance of his wings, but soon realized he had a hood similar to a cobra. He still had his ReaperWing powers thanks to his Reaper's Insignia (the mark on his chest); however, he had also gained the ability to hypnotize other dragons as well as a toxic bite.
I will do something about revealing more about this tribe and others, probably in another book though the art I do for them will remain here.
