Camila’s flashback
“I’m going to kill you!” Lauren screams as I try and run away from her furious yet funny expression. “Get your ass back here Cabello!” I turn around to see her right behind me and I scream and run faster.
“Okay! Please, I’m sorry!” I plead still running but I am losing pace as my sides start to burn. I look behind me again to see her gone. I stop running and spin around wondering where she went. “Lo?” I call out but instead of a response I get tackled hard from behind and hit the ground beneath me with a thump. “Owww fuck!” I groan as my face is being pressed into the dirt.
“Paybacks a bitch isn’t it?”
“Fuck you” I hiss and spin us round so I’m on top, looking into her burning green eyes.
“I’m pretty sure you’ve already done that a few times….but okay.” She grins and I slap her playfully on the arm giggling. “I love you.”
“What’s not to love?” I ask playfully and she flips us back around so she’s on top again.
“You know. I think you should be punished since you hit me in the face with a fucking branch!” Lauren says trying to pretend to be angry but I can see her smiling slightly.
“Okay, lets be fair here. You ran into that branch, I just didn’t give you a warning that it was coming back..”
“You know, I don’t even know why I thought having a picnic in the woods would be fun. All you do is run away from me and smack me with branches.” Lauren pouts and I giggle.
“Oh come on Lo. I’m sorry. It was very romantic babe, I love you.” I lean up and softly kiss her pouting lips. As I pull away she crashes hers against mine again making my head hit the ground and I whimper but it’s quickly muffled as her tongue pushes through my slightly parted lips.
“I love you too.” Lauren mumbles against my lips and I smile into the kiss. I feel her hand pushing up my shirt and flip our positions and she gasps but then smiles. “mmmm” she groans against my lips and I push up her shirt to reveal her childhood scar that’s in between her second and third rib. I begin rubbing circles knowing it’s also one of her soft spots and I can feel her melt in my arms.
“You know we have to be back for class in 15 minutes right? And I still need to go by my apartment to pick up my books.” I mumble and she nods but doesn’t release her hold around my waist. “Lo” I break the kiss and try pulling away but she just pulls me even closer back into her.
“Please, just 5 more minutes.” Lauren kisses me again but I pull back pecking her nose.
“I’m going to be late for class babe”
“Please?”
“You know I usually would but I have to be on time. Professor. Howards already hates me.”
“Okay…”Lauren pouts and I smile and kiss her adorable pouty lips briefly before sitting up and pulling her with me.
“I love you.” I peck her lips and hug her rocking us side to side.
“I love you too, now, later,-“
“Forever” We say in unison and I pull back from the embrace just to pull her in again and capture her soft beautiful lips in a loving kiss.
