Under the scorching sun , where bees and birds flew around , the small fountain on the wall next to the pool filled the ears of the four friends with the rhymed , even , calming , sound of water trailing down the wall , coming in contact with the pool water , gracefully intertwining with it , the sun rays faintly and gently shining through it .
The youngest annoying the injured boy , teasing him while he jolted in his chair , in hopes of getting a hold of him , all the while
Pain sparked in his body with every move .
The girl was peacefully gazing at the sky , a calm , normal conversation going between her and the oldest , her glancing at him to show him a smile every now and then as they talked .
Almost two weeks had passed , and the boy's condition was slowly getting better , being able to sit up and sometimes walk for a little , while enduring the slightest pain that came with it .
All of them were peaceful , together
It's surely been a while since she felt this content , the calming , relaxing , kind of content .
The music playing in the background , the birds that hummed along , the small dots flying around from flower to the other , the bickering boys , the handsome young man next to her , they all held a special meaning to her .
It was what she found peace and joy in .
Laughing to her heart's content , smile never leaving her face as a content sigh left her lips , leaning back on her arms with her head tilted up towards the sky , Filled with thick , distant , cotton-like , pure white clouds .
It was heavenly painted with blue , the golden sun decorating it with its thick , yet so light , strings of golden and yellow .
Everything looked like a painting at the moment , the green grass and trees , multicolored flowers and roses , pure water hugging the dialect strings of light , they all looked like one perfect painting of exploding colours , intertwining as they were made to .
She was dragged out of her trance by chenle that plopped down next to her , looking at her with suggestive eyes that shone with mischief and anticipation
" what ?"
He held up the ball in his hand to her face , which she just noticed , throwing it around in the air " wanna play , I'll take care of renjun till the weekend if you win ,"
She grinned , clicking her tongue as she got up " bet , you'll take care of everything ? The cooking , clothes , make sure he doesn't move and recklessly go out the house , he's a stubborn like you know ?"
He shrugged , " It's no big deal , but what will you give me or do if I win ?" The girl shrugged , face getting scrunched up in thought . " I don't know , what do you want ?"
The boy smirked , already knowing what he wanted as he pointed at her " three favors , anytime and anywhere " throwing the ball to her before walking away to stand a fair distance away , her doing the same as she stood opposite from him , nodding with a smirk , confident she was going to win .

She said sulking , pulling on his sleeve as he continued to ignore her . " No ."
