A/N: Hello my lovely readers! I am so so sorry I haven't updated in a while, I've been dealing with some mental health problems but I promise I'll try to update more! I cannot believe this story has gotten over 300 reads! I barely expected it to get one. This chapter is set a little in the future from where I left off in the last one. This is a couple weeks after the first day of camp and Louis and Harry have become better friends. I hope you enjoy!

Harry's POV

Louis and I had become close friends over the past couple weeks. He was really funny and sassy but he could also be really nice too. I started giving him rides to and from work which actually worked well because his house was on the same lake as mine.

Lana still teased me relentlessly about Louis though.

Harry's POV

Louis and I had become better friends over the past couple weeks we had been working here and I felt like I could trust him. So I decided, this was the day I was going to tell him I was bi. It was still a new revelation to me and while I was almost to terms with the fact, I had yet to tell anyone.

But Lana probably already knew even if I hadn't told her. I mean, when she asked me if I actually liked Louis that way I didn't deny it but tried to avoid the question as I wasn't quite ready to tell anyone about my true feelings yet.

~•~

The day started out quite well and Louis and I were having fun singing along to songs in the car.

"Bye Lou. See you later," I called to him as he made his way to his group and I went down to the lake. Seeing as no one had arrived yet, it was my responsibility to unlock the doors and get some of the boats in the water.

I didn't mind thought because while I did this, my thoughts were of Louis, and that only made me smile as I did the chore. That's how Lana found me too. Smiling as I picked up the life jackets from the ground.

"How are you smiling so early in the morning?" She whined. "I can't barely bring myself to keep my eyes open,"

"Good morning to you too Lana," I said turning around to face her. When I saw her though I dropped my smile. "Jeez, you look awful," She sent me a 'really' look and I thought back to what I said. "That didn't come out right. I mean why do you look to sick and tired? Usually you're so full of energy,"

"I think I have a stomach bug or something. I wasn't hungry last night or this morning and that was partially the reason for not getting sleep last night. I feel hot," She said fanning herself.

"Well maybe it's the heat but just in case I think you should go to the nurse. If you are sick I'll take care of putting the boats back into the shed at the end of the day,"

"Thanks Haz, you're the best," she said sleepily teaching over to give me a hug. I quickly backed away not wanting to get sick and sent her to the nurse.

As Lana went over the hill Liam came over it and pointing over his shoulder to Lana, asked, "Why is she leaving?"

"She's sick," I explained

"Oh, I hope she feels better,"

"Me too. Oh by the way, there's nothing left to do before the first group gets here. I already but the boats on the water and cleaned up the life jacket area. Oh! I have to tell Lou we have to stay a little later so I can clean everything up," That last part I whispered to myself but when I looked to Liam to ask if he wouldn't mind me disappearing for a couple minutes, he just had a knowing smirk on his face.

"What?"

"Lou? We have to stay late?" His smile grew and I internally groaned and grinned at the same time.

"Yes. I call him Lou and I gave him a ride to work today so he didn't bring a car and I'm giving him a ride home too," I could feel the blush creeping up my cheeks and I started to play with my hands, a habit I had developed when I got nervous or flustered.

Liam gave me a cheeky grin but let it go. Thankfully. We stood there awkwardly for a moment before he waved me off and told me to go find Louis. I ran off with a smile.

I quickly found him, Cassie, and Jamie gathering their campers around their cabin. I wasted no time walking up to him as I didn't want to distract him from what he was doing. "Hey Lou, do you mind if we stay a little later today. Lana went home sick so I told her I would put the boats away for her. It'll only be 15 minutes at most, I promise,"

"Haz it's fine. I actually have to stop by the office for something anyway. After I do that I'll come meet you at the dock, yeah?"

"Sure. See you then," I waved goodbye to him and walked back to the lake. The first group was already there and we quickly got busy getting them ready to go on boats.

"Bye Li, bye Ni," I called to Liam and Niall as they retreated over the hill. It was the end of the day and I had boats to put away.

After the third boat I was regretting telling Lana I would do this. My back was aching and I could feel the sweat dripping down my face. Of course the sun was choosing to be especially hot and bright right now. A couple minutes later I finally finished lugging the boats into the boat house. I felt my back sigh in relief when I straightened it, all my vertebrae cracked. Wonderful. I walked to the end of the dock and sat down, finally getting to enjoy the beautiful sun that was starting to sink lower and lower into the sky. The sky was still a bright blue with light pink, orange, and yellow hues coloring space near the horizon.

I could hear Louis coming up behind me and turned my head to look at him. "It's pretty right?" I asked him.

"Yeah," he said with a weird look on his face. I shrugged it off and turned back to the water. When he didn't move for a second and I turned to look at him again. "Come. Sit," I patted the wooden planks next to me. He laughed but obliged anyway.

We sat there for a minute in a comfortable silence before he turned to me. I could see nervousness in his eyes but his face was neutral. "Hey Harry, can I tell you a secret?"

"Sure. I leaned in closer like friends would do in a school yard. His breath hitched and his pupils grew, his eyes becoming a darker blue. "Lou? You alright?" I asked pulling away in concern.

That's when he kissed me. Holy shit. Louis was kissing me. His thin lips moved against mine. They fit together better than any other lips I had kissed. But before I knew it they were gone. My eyes were still closed but I then heard a splash. When I opened my eyes Louis wasn't there anymore,  but instead in the lake.

Oh shit, I just pushed my crush into the lake after he kissed me.
