Before I start, I'm just going to apologise for taking so long to update this god damn story. I've been busy with my math and Norwegian finals and other projects. I don't if all the assignments are done yet, so the upload schedule will be persistent, and I'm very sorry for that, but I'll try my best. Ok, enough babbling, and on with the story.

Chapter 4 <Nishinoya's girlfriend?>

<Suga's POV>

I woke up the next morning and could barely open my eyes, not because it was early but because all the crying from last night had made my eyes puffy and swollen. The first thing I usually did in the morning was checking my phone, and today was no exception. My phone opened and I almost lost it when I read what was displayed on the screen. It seemed because it had been rather late yesterday, I had completely forgotten my little conversation with Daichi. We were technically going on a date together! I let out the tiniest squeal before pulling myself together. No, this wasn't a date, this was just Daichi's apology for forgetting his plans with Yui. But there was still a little voice in the back of my head telling me that this was definitely a date.

Even though we had the big test today morning practice was still on, I didn't really mind as playing calmed my nerves. When I walked around the corner of the building, I was expecting to see Yui standing next to Daichi, but to my surprise there was actually no one there. I walked over the the club rooms and stood there for a moment before I heard a familiar voice. ''Yui, you can't do this, we're at school.'' I could hear the girls laugh before the two of them came out from behind the building ahead of me. ''Later Daichi.'' She said with a smile before skipping past me. I felt slightly disgusted by the sight before me. Daichi's hair was all messed up, his shirt wasn't tucked into his pants and his uniform was unbuttoned. I didn't want to believe what I saw but at the same time I knew I couldn't deny it. It seemed like Daichi had noticed my expression and he immediately went into something that looked like panic mode. ''It's not what it looks like, trust me!'' He said with a frantic voice while he tried to style his hair back to normal and tuck his shirt back into his pants. I know I should've been a little mad at him, but I really couldn't when he was looking so stupidly panicked like that. A small laugh escaped my mouth and for all I knew it could be my imagination playing tricks on me again but when I looked up at Daichi I could see a small blush across his face.

For a moment the two of us just looked at each other, the only sound filling the quiet atmosphere was the faint talk of students and the wind. I don't know how long we looked at each other like that, but at some point, it was interrupted by a loud ''Boke Hinata boke!!'' I turned around to a slightly unexpected scene. Kageyama was laying on the ground covered in dust while Hinata was running at full speed trying to get away from the raven-haired boy as quickly as possible. Hinata finally reached the stairs of the club rooms ''VICTORYYY!!' He shouted with his hands in the air. The other boy walked slowly up to Hinata before lunging at him. The two of them fell to the ground. ''Oi! Kageyama, no need to get violent.'' Daichi said in a father like tone. Kageyama looked up at the two of us while he held Hinata's head down to the ground with his hand. ''This idiot cheated and tripped me on purpose just so he could win.'' ''That's not true! Your stupid self-fell all on your own- ah!'' Kageyama pressed Hinata's face harder to the ground. Me and Daichi looked at each other before we let out a collected sigh. Daichi grabbed Kageyama and I helped Hinata up from the ground. The two boys grumbled as they made their way up to the club room. ''They're really like wild animals.'' ''Pfft, you can say that again.'' I chuckled as I fished my phone up from my pocket. ''Wait, it's already Friday? That means we'll head to the training camp tomorrow.'' Daichi let out a soft laugh. ''Had you forgotten already?'' ''No, I guess my mind was just kept up with you and Y-'' I stopped myself before I could finish the sentence, but the damage had already been done. I looked over at Daichi and noticed his face had dropped. ''If you want, I can stop hanging out with her for the time being.'' He said with what sounded like a frantic voice. No, that's not what I wanted, or was it? I didn't want him to pity me and feel bad for me to the extent that he stopped hanging out with Yui. But at the same time, I wanted to have him all to myself. ''It's fine, don't worry about it. I won't stop you from hanging out with her.'' Before he could say anything else, I walked up the stairs to the club/changing room, but I could feel his eyes piercing my back as I walked.
