Chapter 5 <Yui's plan>

Heyyyy guess who's finally back with a new chapter after almost a whole ass month! Yea, it's me. I'll be home for maybe another week before leaving for a smol summer vacation, so I won't be able to update for about 2 weeks. But not to worry, I'll be bringing my computer and write on the story while I'm away so I can publish the new chapter when I come home again. Ok back to le story (It'll be a little jumping back and forth with Daichi and Suga's date before I start on writing about the training camp <3)

<Daichi's POV>

It made me really happy when Suga sent me the message even though we were in the same room. I was so afraid he'd be mad at me and decide to just go home. He came up to me and I quickly packed my stuff before we left and walked out to the front gate. I myself was overjoyed that I was going to spend the rest of my day with the guy I loved. I looked down at Suga, I didn't expect him to be as happy as me, but I had far from expected him to look so nervous. For a second, I had to think about why Suga would make such an expression. Then it hit me. Was he maybe worried about Yui? I couldn't blame him considering what had happened last time. Without any real thought I leaned down and whispered in his ear. ''It's ok, she's already gone home.'' it may have been my eyes playing tricks on me, but I swore I saw him blushing. After a little more time, I realized he was just as tense as before. He still looked worried, almost scared and I hated seeing him like that. Once again without any much thought I grabbed his hand and held it tight. This time I knew my eyes weren't playing tricks on me because I could clearly see his face turning red.

After a bit of walking we arrived at the café and we headed in. The second we walked in I looked up at the menu to decide what we were going to have. I wanted something nice, in all honesty I just wanted Suga to enjoy the day as much as possible. For a second, I got mad cause my first time here hadn't been with Suga but with Yui. She did introduce and show me the café, but it would've been better if I could've gone here with Suga first. Nonetheless my eyes kept on looking at the menu until my thought process was interrupted by Suga. ''Who's that?'' my eyes moved away from the menu and over to where Suga was looking ''Ah, that's Nishinoya's girlfriend Mayako.'' we talked a little about how Nishinoya had announced his new girlfriend, but it seemed like Suga didn't remember much of it. It looked like he got lost in his thought for a few moments before I called out to him and we together walked over to a table. After Suga settled down I went over and ordered two hot chocolates and some macaroons. A few moments later I returned to our table and sat down.

We talked together for about an hour about the training camp that would start tomorrow. All the arranged matches and so on. It became silent for a little while as Suga drank some of his hot chocolate. The café may have had a nice and calming vibe, but my head was an absolute mess. Being with Suga like this made me so happy. I looked around and realized this place was actually perfect for a confession. If I did actually confess now and he said yes, we would be able to spend our time at the training camp as a couple. I knew there were some other couples on other teams and they always seemed to enjoy these training camps a lot. Yeah. If I was going to confess, I better do it now. ''Hey Suga.'' I already regretted calling out for him, but it was too late to back down now. ''I know things have been really awkward between us lately, and the reason for that it-'' Before I was able to finish my sentence I was interrupted by a loud ''Heyooooooooo!' it was Nishinoya and his girlfriend. We talked together for a little while but if I'm being honest, I wasn't paying attention at all. We talked for a good while before the two of them left. ''So, what were you going to say before?'' the question caught me slightly off guard. The romantic ish vibe had been totally ruined. ''Oh nothing, just forget about it.'' was the only thing I could say.
