"It's late at night. Are you fine with staying at a motel for one night?" Taehyung asked as you finished up with your check-up. "We will get you back home first thing tomorrow."

"Oh..." you rubbed your nape. "Alone? It's been a while since I'm alone and I'm not used to these things now. Are you sure we can-"

"I'll take her."

You and Taehyung looked at the doctor. "Excuse me, what?" Taehyung asked. "You can't just do that! She just got back from who-knows-where. She probably been through some stuff and I don't think being housemates with a stranger is good for her, hyung."

"And her being alone in an unfamiliar motel with no one there to help her incase she needs help is better?" Mr. Kim replied. Taehyung sighed. "Besides, it'll only be for one night. Come on, trust your old man."

Mr. Kim placed a hand on Taehyung's shoulder who gently pushed it off. "Stop acting like you're my dad."

"Hey, I could be. We have the same family name. Don't tell me your mom wouldn't like this face." He winked while Taehyung grimaced.

"You're gross." He said and Mr. Kim let out a very funny laugh.

"You know I'm joking. I'm your big bro and you're my baby bro, right Taehyungie~?" Mr. Kim ruffled the cop's fluffy hair.

You laughed at their bond which caught Taehyung's attention. He blushed and slowly pushed the older man away. "Stop embarrassing me."

"Alright, alright." Mr. Kim raised his hands in surrender. He turned towards you. "Okay then, (Y/N). You're going to sleep with me tonight." He placed his hands on his hips.

Jin smiling face turned into horror when he thought back what he said. Taehyung face-palmed behind him. "Wa-wait no. I'm sorry. I mean sleep with- no- sleep in my house... tonight. Right. Right. There you go."

You smiled politely. "It's alright, Mr. Kim-"

"Call him Jin." Taehyung grinned at you. "He wouldn't mind."

"Oh okay then. Jin?" Jin smiled as if saying 'you can call me that'. "Jin, that is very kind of you but I can handle myself for one night. It's fine. Thank you, by the way. But please don't burden yourself by having a girl over."

"Shut up. Let's go now. It's already late." Jin turned you around and lead you to his car. You didn't have any choice so you walked with him. "Bye, Tae! I'll see you around!" Jin waved at his friend who waved back at the entrance.

You also looked back and look at the friendly attractive cop that helped you. "Thank you so much for helping me! Please help find my friend. Bye TaeTae." You also yelled and waved.

Taehyung look surprised at your respond and waved back happily. He watched you enter Jin's car and watched until your car was out of sight.

He sighed and smiled. He recalled what you called him earlier. "TaeTae."

Jin pushed the key in and twisted it until a click was heard. "I'm home!"

You looked inside the house to see a simple yet beautiful house. Felt so homey which made you also miss your home. "You have a housemate, Mr- I'm sorry- Jin?"

"Yeah, just one. He's a kind person. You'll get along." He replied as he helped you put your bag inside.

"Oh, Jin. You're home late tonight. Busy day at the hospital?" You heard someone spoke from the stairs.

"Yeah, a lot but all minor injuries, fortunately. Oh, I want you meet my housemate. (Y/N), this is Hoseok. And Hoseok, this is (Y/N). She'll be sleeping in the guest room tonight just to get some sleep. You guys can talk a little while I'll go freshen up in the shower. Ciao." Jin said as he vanished into a room upstairs.

You blinked, feeling a little awkward. You heard a boyish laugh next to you. You looked at Hoseok. "Don't worry. He's tired, I can tell. Let's sit down and get to know each other."

You sat on a couch whil Hoseok sat on a couch, opposite to yours. "Hello there! My name is Jung Hoseok but sometimes people call me Hobi or J-Hope. Hobi is just my regular nickname while J-Hope is my dancer name. It is because people say I am always hopeful and cheerful and that makes people have hope in the world too so I really want to help as many people as I can in this world. I've been a dancing instructor for two years now and I still love my job. Dancing has been my passion since elementary school, you should try it. Expressing feelings through my body really helps and maybe you will feel it, too. We can hang out anytime you want, you seemed like a pretty nice gal. I really hope we can be friends even if you're only going to stay for one night. Also one more thing, why do you look so familiar?"

You were actually freaked out by how he pushed the whole thing out of his mouth with one go. You let out a giggle. He reminded you of someone.

But.. who?

Hm...

Oh!

Mr. Park.

I'm surprised I kind of miss him.

"Hello Hoseok," you laughed. "I'm sure we'll be friends. I don't know if you've heard, but did you know about the girl missing from the school trip?"

Hoseok nodded. "The one that fell off the waterfall? She went missing for a few months. I hope she's alive. Do you think she's alive? Most probably not but we need to always be hopeful. There is hope everywhere. Never lose hope because negativity brings us nowhere. Just remember, I'm your hope! I'm your angel!" Hoseok did a huge love with his arms over his head.

You smiled wide. You liked him. He was very nice.

"Well, I certainly remember my hope and angel since I'm here now. All safe and sound, heading home tomorrow morning." You shrugged.

Hoseok's mouth dropped. "Wait WHAT? She's you? You're her? But it says her name was (Y/N), but you're (Y/N)." You lifted an eyebrow until Hoseok gets it. "Wait a minute!" He slapped the table and you laughed.

"You survived months in the woods? Were you alone? How did you get food? Water? Were there tigers? Giant snakes? Vampires at night? Do tell! Do tell!" Hoseok placed both of his palms under his chin and looked at you with wide eyes like a child.

He's so ADORABLEEE!!

You internally fangirled inside and only exhaled on the outside.

"I guess it's story time."
