Chapter 22

"Diana let's fake date"

  I looked up at Ashton confused. "Ashton why do you wanna fake date ?" I asked confused.

Ashton wrapped his arm around my waist and lead me to the edge of my bed. We both sat down in silence until Ashton finally spoke up.

"Luke hurt your feelings why don't you show him how it feels" I held my head low overthinking Ashtons plan and came to conclusion that it is a bad idea.

I finally looked up and met Ashtons eyes. "Ash I don't think that's a good idea"I said calmly. Ashton took hold of both of my hands and gave me a reassuring smile.

" Diana we will only do it for a little while and Luke will see that what he did is wrong" I looked down at my feet before finally answering.

" Ash I-I …fine" Ashton smiled down at me and brought his fingers up to my chin,lifting my head up to meet his eyes. "Diana I promise you won't regret it".

I slightly smiled at Ashton and stood up. "Where are you going ?"Ashton asked standing up as well. " I kinda need to wash my face" I said pointing at the dry tears on my face. Ashton nodded and sat back down on my bed. "Alright I'll be waiting" Ashton said before I rushed off to the bathroom.

I washed my face making sure my eyes weren't red and puffy anymore. I dried off and thought about me and Ashton fake dating. It sounded weird saying that sence me and Ashton actually used to date. Maybe it will actually work. I thought to my self before exiting the bathroom.

My fists clenched at the sound of Lexi's annoying laugh that can be heard throughout the whole house.I entered my room and saw Ashton sitting on the same spot. I sat down next to Ashton and the next words that left Ashtons mouth frightened me.

"Diana you know sence we are fake dating we would have to kiss".

I opened my mouth multiple times but no words left my mouth. I should've known. I should've thought of this before I agreed to fake date with Ashton.

"So I was thinking we should do it now so we can be ready" Ashton said with his voice low as a whisper.

I felt my body tense and I couldn't say anything. I didn't know what to say.

I slowly turned my head towards Ashton and nodded my head. I shut my eyes while Ashton leaned his head closer.

Our lips slightly brushed each others before I felt his lips completely on mine. I felt Ashton's hand caress my cheek while he kissed me.

One thing for sure was that Ashton's kisses weren't like Luke's. Luke's lips were warm on mine while Ashton's were a bit colder and I couldn't help but miss Lukes kisses.

While me and Ashton were kissing we heard someone clear their throat .Me and Ashton quickly pulled apart blushing. I looked at the doorway of my bedroom to see Calum and Aliyah. Aliyah gave me a confused look while Calum lifted his eyebrows.

"Are we interrupting something ?" Calum asked looking from me to Ashton suspiciously. "N-no" I said quickly standing up while Ashton followed behind. "Well come downstairs we have some news" Calum said gesturing for me and Ashton to follow them.

I took a deep breath thinking of seeing Lexi with Luke again. I felt someone intertwine their fingers with mine so I looked up to see Ashton giving me a comforting smile.

We all headed downstairs and saw Michael watching t.v while Luke and Lexi were kissing again. Luke pulled out of the kiss and saw mine and Ashton intertwined hands his eyes widened then he just glared at Ashton and mine hands again.

I sat down next to Aliyah waiting for the news. I felt someone wrap their arm around me which made me jump a little but I soon relaxed once I realized it was Ashton.  " so what's the news ?" Ashton said looking at Michael and ignoring Lukes glare.

Michael turned his attention to Ashton and spoke up. "Oh yeah well me and Cal decided we should all go out camping together sence we never really did anything together" Ashton nodded at the idea and everyone had turned their attention towards me.

"y-yeah  sure" I quietly spoke hoping no one heard my voice crack. Camping together meant more me and Ashton which wasn't too bad but that also meant more Luke and Lexi.
