Chapter 2

Porcelain Doll

It was the day of my graduation. My family was complete. Lola Joanna, Lolo Julius, Lolo Markade, Tita Julyanna and her husband and kids. My parents were there too and Ate Anneska and Alaska. They were all in one space as I was sitting with my batch mates. Alaska graduates next week while I was a week earlier due to different school we were attending .

My batch mates were called one by one until it was now my turn to pass through the stage." Batch & Class salutatorian  and one of the best defensive players of our varsity basketball team. Kevin Glaceir Cavelry." The host said and motioned me to get my awards. I walked down the stage with my head up. I could hear my family and teamates cheering on.

The next to me was Shaun who was batch valedictorian and MVP of the year.

"Shaun Vendrei Teseron." The host motioned him to get his awards.

"We would like your speech Shaun.." The host said and gave him the microphone. He took a deep breathe and smiled.

"First gusto kong mapasalamat sa lahat ng tao na tumulong sa aking para makuha ang mga awards na ito. To family especially my parents thank you for giving me the courage to work harder. As of me and my team are leaving this wonderful school for us we never had regrets because we a left legacy at this school that people will always remember. To all my batch mates I hope you have pursue your dreams." He said and bowed.

Then the teachers bid there good byes to a wonderful year and it was off to a new life. We threw our caps and took pictures. We had lots of pictures there and then but the most unforgettable was my our team picture. It was the last picture for us before we continue to our seperate lives.

Shaun said that he will have the farwell party at his house since his parents are out of the seen due to busy schedules.

Mom and Dad said that our graduation party will be held on after Alaska's Graduation so I can celebrate with my friends and team mates and they have busy schedules due to a new branch launch in Malaysia.They will be back in time for Alaska's Graduation.

We were at the party and I couldn't agree more it was super wild. People were drinking martinis and tequilla. The beats of the music were spectacular but very painful for the ear drums. I went and sat on the couch with my team mates. Renzo was with his 2 year fling Holly, Issac was with his first girlfriend Amber for God knows how long. Marco was surrounded by two girls from higher levels. Justin was flirting with the maids, Shaun was nowhere to be seen, Colossos or Cole was on the phone with someone while me and Andrew were drinking our Smirnoff.

"Diba ininvite ni Shaun yung barkada ng kapatid mo?" Andrew smirked.

"I think so hindi kami sabay ni Las pumunta dito eh." I said not minding him.

"Nandito kaya si Ally?" Andrew said unexpectdly that made us turn our heads facing his face.

He gave us a look as if he didn't say somethong wrong." Walang pake sayo yun pre. Snob nun sa lahat ng lalaki." Cole laughed at his face.

"Nalalatay yun sa dugo nila eh. Yung kambal din mas snob at walang pake. Sino nga yun?" Renzo said.

"Si Maxine?" I said while sipping my Smirnoff. They were now looking at me with there teasing faces. I just didn't mind there looks and just drank all my smirnoff.

"Hmm tatawag naba ako ng ambulansya para ipa dala ka na sa mental?" Marco laughed and the girls on his side laughed too.

"Si Milan ang para sa akin pre." I said while opening another bottle. I sounded so defensive.

"Wews ang defensive ng baby kevs ko." Issac joked. I really thought no one will take this man seriously but I guess Amber had a different perspective.

"Ams ba't mo pinatulan toh? Ang bakla naman nito." I said drinking another bottle.

"Aysh wag kang makinig dyan love ingit lang yan dahil sa lahat ng love life walang nakatagal." Issac muttered.

I didn't mind what they were saying though because it was true. No one can surpass a year togther with me. I just want to focus on other things but the girls I dated want to be the only priority. Its not my fault that they are horny and disaapointing there families.

"Pre, kambal mo oh umiiyak." Sabay turo ni Justin sa kapatid kong umiiyak na uminom. Why did Mom and Dad allowed her to go to a party.

I excused myself and went to her. She was sulking in the corner drinking a bottle of tequilla. This girl has no experience in drinking but is almost half way finished with the tequilla.

"Alaska ba't ka naglalasing sumbong kita kay Mom at Dad." I said to her but this little brat just looked at me and went back to drinking the tequilla. I took a deep breath until Jillian who was another friend of my sister motioned me to go somewhere.

"Anyare sa kapatid ko ha?" I said to her.

"Tinagihan ni Brandon eh." Sabi ni Jillian. Again with that bald head he has the courage to turn down Cavelry. I took a the deepest breath and looked her.

"Sino ang nagdrive sa inyo dito." I said massaging my temples because the smirnoff is starting to kick in my brain.

"Si Maxine." She said to me with her eye brows raised.

"Where the hell is she? Uuwi na kayo baka mapagalitan pa ako kay Mom at Dad." I said to her.

"I don't know you find her I'll keep your sister company." She said and talked to Alaska who was crying and the moment.

I sighed and looked around the place to see Andrew trying to flirt with Ally and he is not doing very well.

"Hey Alls, What do you want me, me or me?" He said in the most flirty tone ever.

"I would rather have nothing baka magkaka HIV ako sayo." She rolled her eyes. I approached Ally and asked her where was her sister.

"Malay ko ba kung saan siya. Si Alaska kasi ang nagpilit sa kanya kaya pumunta." She said and went to get a drink.

I looked around to see her in the sofa with her phone. She was just scrolling like no one was there. She was just wearing faded jeans, sneakers and a shirt that says fuck off.

Even if the clothes she was wearing was not girlish she still looked like a porcelain doll.

I approached her she looked at me and just didn't mind who I was. Doesn't she know the handsome and charming Kevin Cavelry.

"Uumuwi na kayo ni Alaska." I said to her and she just looked at me stood up and left.

Wow this was a first because all this girls want my attention. They even beg for the attention they want from me but this girl is different.

I followed her to see she was helping her my sister and her friends. She glanced at me and went away with my sister who was still crying. I contacted the maids to help her inside and enjoyed the rest of night.

I couldn't get my mind off of her. When I was near her I could feel my heart beat rapidly when I am around her. Until I Andrew started to hit my shoulder. He motioned me to go to Milan who was drinking her Jack Daniel's Whisky.  I took a deep breath and went to her.

I sat down beside her but my heart was not beating as fast as I was with Max. I should forget her she is not even intersted anf I have to focus on getting Milan.

Because I can't break that fragile and porcelain doll.
