"This prince would like to volunteer my beloved Su Ming to be the first one to show case her talent." He smiled happily and proudly holding the hand of the beauty as the beauty was bowing her head so low for she was so shy.

Su Ming bowed to the emperor. "This humble one would like to show my skills I would be playing the guzheng." She proceeded to the stage as she sat and started to play the guzheng. When she started playing everyone was focusing on her as she played everyone was mesmerized on how she was so graceful and the sounds she produced was so ethereal that it made people close there eyes to savor it. She was finished everything was so quiet. 

The emperor noticing it was so quiet "Well that was unexpected zhen did know that the 3rd miss of the prime minister is so versed in playing the guzheng." reward to this lady the jade bangle. "Now who will be the next one to perform this will be a tough one to follow."

Su Ming began to fumble " I would like to nominate Miss Mu Lei Lei to be the next one, for this joyous occasion why not we who found our other half show case our skills."

The emperor began to think that it was true. "Well why don't we invite Miss Mu on to the stage."

Mu Lei Lei who was so busy with eating her snacks began to choke on the development of the events. *The hell I am quietly staying here and then why should I be the one performing now?* As she was coughing Feng Li was rubbing her back to help her ease the pain. "Do you want to perform?" he asked worriedly. " I think I do not have any choice right now." she replies sadly. Feng Li suddenly was controlling his temper because they were disturbed by his beloved and now they want her to perform to other people only he is allowed to see her skills. He suddenly fists his hand he does not want to be mad and frighten his beloved of his temper. *Why is this Su Ming girl want with my Lei Lei and just recommends her what right does she have this vixen.*

Lei Lei was walking towards to the stage as Su Ming was leaving, as they were crossing paths suddenly Su Ming tripped and she held on to Lei Lei's skirt they both fell on to the floor. Lei Lei's veil also flew and dropped on the floor also her face can now be seen. People were gasping on what they saw. Such a flawless face, there is no scars, so smooth as jade with a small red lips, rosy cheeks and doe like eyes that looks so innocent. "Are you alright Miss Mu I am so sorry." Su Ming said. Feng Li who saw this dashed towards Lei Lei and thus help her up. The 2nd prince Jun Gao Ling also went to help Su Ming. As he was helping Su Ming he cannot help look at Mu Lei Lei entranced on what a goddess she is. Feng Li who noticed this blocked his view and worriedly help onto Lei Lei. "Are you alright Lei Lei? Are you in pain? Are you..." He was cut off by Lei Lei who was grabbing his clothes and looking up to him. She smiled to him and wen to Su Ming "Are you alright Miss Su?" she also worriedly asked.

Miss Su who was also dumb founded by her face was so quiet.

The emperor who was so confused as to why Miss Mu cover her face was so beautiful. Also the rumors were said that she is so ugly and has a scar " Are the both of you alright?" Then he shifted his gaze to Miss Mu.

Feng Li was busy supporting his Lei Lei holding her hands and being fussy checking if there something wrong with her body.

"Zhen would like to ask Miss Mu the rumors going around is that you are ugly but looking on to your face there is nothing wrong?"

Su Ming's POV

Why is this Mu Lei Lei so annoying I need her to be my stepping stone so that I can be with the prince. She is a pain to look at I need her to fall. People need to see that I am the best to be with the prince and people should respect me and idolize me. 

She should be ugly why is she not ugly?! Why?!
