Chapter 4 Merchants Daughter

The next day...

"Reporting to the general the lady is the famous Mu Lei Lei which is currently enganged to the 2nd prince. She is known for being gaudy, spoilt and selfish. The Mu family is getting rich thus the emperor wants to tie them to the royal family so they can use the family's support and wealth. Miss Mu being the only daughter was thus enganged to the 2nd prince. What I heard is that Miss Lei Lei is head over heels in love with the prince. She chases the females away from the prince..."

The general which was tapping the chair with his fingers was pondering. "You may leave." *The girl I saw was different. Rumors can't be trusted anyway, that girl is mine. My Lei Lei... My Lei Lei...* as he looks at the veil on top of his table.

Lei Lei which was in her room shivered out of the blue which she just shrugs it off.

Lei Lei changes her clothes into a servants clothing and used a cloth to only to cover from her nose to the mouth because the veil is very annoying since it obstructs her view.

She happily skips towards the back wall and tries to fit herself into the dog hole inorder for her to go out. She  wants to explore this new world of hers alone,plus she need not to be mindful of her actions. As she was trying to crawl herself she saw a hand extending and happily grabs it whithout hesitation, because she badly needed it. After she was pulled up she was was greeted by a sturdy chest which embraced her. "Thanks, but you can let go of me now." as she was busily trying to push the man away. The man just smiled then released her with reluctance.

She fixes herself then faced the man that helped her to be shocked on how gorgeous the man is. The man is so perfect the man was tall she only reached his shoulders, tall nose, sharp eyes and exquisite face, the perfect macho man. She wants to drool and touch again that rock hard body of the man.

To hide her embarassment she swiftly lowered head and bit her lips.

The man saw this and he was so amused at what the girl did. He chuckled and smiled at the girl. "Little lass what are doing?"

Lei lei who heard the question did not know what to say. She fumbled her hands and bit her lip on what to answer. "Uhhhh... Ahh yes yes my miss wants me to go incognito to buy some stuff for her. Yup yup that was it..."

The guy smiled at what he heard he knew she was lying but he does not want her beloved to feel wronged so he just let it go. "Hmm.. Okay, but little lass you know it is very dangerous out here you might be harmed maybe you want company I can help you as I am very free right now and it would be bad for my conscience if something happened to you." as he smiled at the girl.

Lei lei thought about how correct the guy was talking as she agreed silenty in her head. "But mister I do not know you and we just met by coincidence today. How can I trust you?"

The guy in black robes smiled "My name is Feng Li you can call me Li.gege." as he smiled at the inocent Lei lei.

"I do not have assurance to who you are."

Then General Feng takes out a black jade with a tiger seal on it and gave it to Lei Lei with no hesitations.

Lei lei takes it and just thought that it is expensive so she stored it away without looking at it. "Hehe, I am Lei lei pleased to meet you Li.gege" as she smiles brightly at the man.

General Feng's POV

As the general was thinking in his room a black shadow appeared and reported to him that Lei lei was planning on going around town again. *My Lei lei we'll meet again* He abruptly stands up and disapeared in his room proceeding to go at LeI lei's.

Just as he was walking around the perimeters of the house he saw someone trying to exit the dog hole. As his intuition says it was his beloved he hastily went to the person and offered a helping hand. As he touched the hand it sent shivers to him. The hand was so white and so soft, very delicate that if he would exert too much pressure it would bruise.

He pulled the person up as he hugged her. *It is definetely my beloved I can smell lavender on her same as the one on her veil. * 

He smiled at the girl, the girl was trying to push him away, he was disappointed and reluctant but he still let go of the girl as he thought there would be more chances in the future.

As he was observing the girl he saw the girl was shocked and saw she drooled for him. He was very pleased with her reaction *My Lei lei you like what you see?* as he smiled.

Then the girl is asking for assurance to who he was. He did not hesitate to give his personal seal to the little girl. *You are too inocent my little lass don't worry I will be the only person you need and trust in this lifetime.* as he looks at the girl dotingly.
