Chapter 1

Mackenzie POV

I woke up this morning and I remembered that I had a meeting with my manager. He told me that he had a big announcement for me but he wouldn't give me any hints. I hope that it's a good thing though. I walked downstairs and my sister was there as well as my mom. She had made pancakes for us so I said "Good morning" and then sat down and ate my pancakes. Mom told me that we had to leave in 1 hour since we never know what LA traffic was going to be like.

45 minutes later I was basically ready to go. I went downstairs and played with Maliboo for a little bit. Maddie had nothing to do today so she was going to stay home with Maliboo and her dog Boots. My mom came down a few minutes later and I jumped in the car and she started to drive to my managers' office. As we were getting closer, I was getting nervous. I didn't know what the announcement was going to be and I really hoped it was something good.

When we got there, my manager was standing there with a huge smile on his face. He brought both my mom and me into his office and I sat there anxiously. He said, "well, since yours and Johnny's first tour was such a success, I had a chat with his manager and we decided that you guys are going to go on a world tour!" I looked at my mom and she looked so excited. Sometimes I think that she likes Johnny more than she likes me. I was excited too. Johnny is my best friend and the last tour was such fun with him. I asked about Maddie and his sister Lauren. My manager explained that hey get to come too. Lauren has nothing better to do and Maddie was gonna do some dancing with me too. I was excited that Maddie and Lauren could come with us too. The only bad part was that they were going to constantly ship us. We were gonna sing day and night and what if together and then he would perform some of his songs and I would perform some of mine. I asked what the name of the tour would be and he said that it would be called "Jenzie". My heart dropped. My manager knew how much people would ship us yet they still chose to call it that. I was mad at my manager but I still love him. I have always secretly had a thing for Johnny but I had pushed it to the side and dated other guys to try and keep my mind off of him but it never worked because I always seemed to compare everyone to him and he is so perfect. Plus, he would never like me so I tried my best to hide my feelings. No one knows about it. Not even Maddie who I tell everything to.

Johnny POV

I was lying on my bed at home when my manager called me because apparently he had a big announcement for me and my mom. I went downstairs to tell my mom but she was already aware. I found that really weird because usually, my manager would tell me first before he would tell my mom. I brushed it off though since my manager seemed so excited to tell me about a big announcement. My mom said that we had to leave in 5 minutes so I ran upstairs and got ready.

When I finished, I went downstairs and my mom was already. She seemed so excited so I asked her if she knew what the big announcement was. She told me that she couldn't say but I knew that meant she knew. Now, I was super excited but nervous because my mom never gets this excited over anything. I hopped into the car and she started driving to my manager's office. As we were getting closer, I started to get nervous. I wasn't sure what was coming my way but I knew it had to be something good because my mom was so excited.
