Lisa jumped from her seat when she saw Jennie fell down, before her head hit the ground, she grabbed her tiny and feeble body. The plate fells down on the floor, make a noise, plate shards scattered on the floor, one hits Lisa's arm and make a wound on it.

"Jennie.." She called her. She touched Jennie's cheek, her skin feels burning. "Damn!" Lisa said. She carried her to her room and put her on the bed. She took her phone and dial a number. "Tzuyu, I can't come to the office today, please cancel all the meetings today. Thank you." She dropped the call and walk to the kitchen. She took a basin; fill it with ice and water. She come to her room again and took a small towel. She sat beside Jennie and touched Jennie's face carefully with the towel. "Stupid Lisa." She mumbled to herself.

Lisa stared on her face, she is pale, and inevitably she feels worriedness in her heart. Stop it, Lisa. She deserve it. She told herself. But, it's not her fault, she is also the victim. Other voice against her.

She shook her head, trying to be focus. "It's not your fault. But I have to do this. We are the victims." She told Jennie in her unconsciousness. She observed her face again, she touched her cheek and smiled. "I'm sorry. You used to be a sweet girl, I broke your life. I wish you won't hate me, but I know it's impossible. I'm too cruel to you." She said, staring on her.

"And you, Jennie? You look so cute, take this chocolate with you." She remembers the first time she talked to Jennie, that's not the first time she knew her, when the school start, on orientation, she saw her, laughing with her friends, so natural, so beautiful, and happy. She adored her gummy smiles back then, or maybe still adoring her smile until now but she stole it from her. No time for pitying, Lisa. She reminds herself. She put the towel on Jennie's forehead and go to the kitchen.

She cooked a soup for her. She isn't used to cook, she googled the recipe on her phone, the easiest one, and start to cook. It didn't take too much time, since she just cooked a simple soup. She put it on a bowl, and took it with a glass of water to her room. She checked her drawer to find a medicine for Jennie. Why I have to do this? I could just let her be. She told herself. She touched Jennie's forehead to check on her temperature, nothing changes, but she opened her eyes slowly.

"Wake up, you need to eat." She said, trying to be fierce. "I have no time for this." Jennie trying to sit on bed, but she is too weak to do it by herself. Lisa exhales a deep sigh, she wants to look fierce, but she couldn't bear to see her trying. She helped her to sit and propped her back with pillow. "Eat this," She took the soup and blew it. She feed Jennie. Jennie obliged to open her mouth and eat it. "Don't complain over the taste." She said. Jennie didn't answer her, she still silent. It's not bad, tho. Did she cook it for me? Jennie said in her mind.

They didn't talk to each other, Lisa feed her patiently, in some moment Jennie stared on her. She couldn't understand, she is so fierce to her, but she feed her when she is sick. "Why are you staring at me?" Lisa asked her, waking her up from her thought.

"What's your plan?" Jennie asked her directly. "I know you want to hurt me, but why you do this to me?" Jennie pointed on the bowl on her  hand. It's empty now. Lisa startled by her question. Why do I do this? I don't know. Lisa thought.

"You know it, right?" Lisa put the bowl on the counter beside the bed, took the medicine and the water, offered it to Jennie. "Take it." Lisa said. Jennie saw her arm bleeding, she took the medicine and drink it, she knows she needs it. Lisa took the glass off her hands. She stood up and take the bowl. "You can't hurt someone who lying helplessly," She said, she didn't face Jennie, because she knows she can't. Jennie could see she is lie, because she doesn't know the reasons.

"Your arm is bleeding." Jennie told her. Lisa didn't notice her wound because she was busy with her mind, she should admit that she worried.

"It's nothing. I can handle it by myself." She said coldly and left Jennie alone. Jennie lay back on the bed. She looked to her side where Lisa put the basin and towel.

"Thank you," She said to the empty air around her.
