Evan is finally back home and he brought me cute gifts from Europe, he gave me so many chocolate bars because he knows how much I like chocolate but my mom ended up eating most of the chocolate and I kinda feel pissed but whatever at least I have my boyfriend back.
Next week is going to be his birthday I just found out that Evan doesn't actually like big parties. He just told me when I teased him about his birthday, maybe people out there thought a person like him would like to have something big but the more I know him I realize he is a simple guy that like simple things. There are so many things about him that I didn't know that amaze me everyday.
It's Saturday already and we have a plan to go out tonight, I know I talk to him almost everyday but I don't really meet him everyday in person. It's all because we want to keep our relationship as low key as possible, well I was the one who wanted it first but I guess through times I just want everyone know about us, but again I don't think I'm ready yet.
Evan and I just started dating for like maybe almost couple months now, we've been spending most of our time at my house or his. I don't know but it feels much comfortable to spend time together around our living space, it feels more personal. But tonight he's taking me to a plaza, or a mall somewhere.
"Have you ever went ice skating before?" He suddenly asks while driving next to me.
"I have but it was a long time ago," I say to him then he smiles while his eyes stick to the rode.
The sun goes down the sky is turning orange and it's beautiful, never really spend this beautiful time with a special person until now.
"Are you taking me to the ice skating rink at the plaza?" I ask him.
"Yeah," he smiles and I can see his perfect structured teeth.
"Oh my god I'm 100% sure I'm gonna fall," I say then he chuckles.
"No me too seriously, now I think it is a bad idea for a date," He laughs then I laugh.
"I started to regret it right now and we're here," he says getting his car into the mall's parking lot.
"Oh no," I say while half laughing, can't imagine how am I going to look.
"I guess there's no better way to make us to look like fool," he says while looking for a parking lot.
He parked the car then we got out of the car, he locked it then give me the key to put it in my bag. If this key is gone I don't know how much dollar is it going to cost, he hands me his key then I put it inside of my bag. His hand automatically holds mine, it is funny that I'm still surprised every time he do this to me.
"Oh my god you have no idea how fast my heart is beating," I say then he only smiles at me.
"Trust me I don't have any idea how to skate," he says and it doesn't make me feel better though.
"But it's okay let's just jump into it," I say to him.
We got into the place and there's a long line to get into the ice skating rink, there are so many people who want to skate too. But Evan already bought the ticket online and he bought the fast track so when we got there, we can get in right away.
We put our stuff in a locker leaving me with a phone in my pocket and begin to put on our skate shoes, the shoes is so big and I started to feel like a fool because it's really hard for me to even walk.
"Okay, are you ready to fall?" He asks then I smile.
"Oh I think it's a bad idea," I say while trying to get up.
