''Yes, they are inseparable. I am so happy that my two kids get along so well. I was scared about them but they turned out to be just fine. My eldest is such a hardworking, strong willed child and my younger one feels like he grew too fast. He is responsible, talented and considerate. They both are my gems and my pride''

''Mom I am leaving''

Mrs Kim holding the phone in her hand gave a smile towards Jin.

''Yes I know I will have to let them know one day. Anyways take care. Bye.'' Mrs Kim cut the call and let out a sigh.

Jungkook was waiting in his car for Jin, who rushed out the door and gave a big smile towards him.

''Are you going to blast the speaker off of the car or what?'' Jin questioned.

Ignoring everything Jin had said, he pushed the next button on the stereo to play NIHWA'S WHAT I WANT, it was Jin's favourite song for the morning.

''Now that's more like it''

''How about we stop at the café and get a cuppa, I need caffeine'' Jungkook asked looking in the rear view mirror.

When he heard no answer he turned towards Jin who gave a look of annoyance.

''My eye's all droopy, college takes a huge toll on my body.'' Jungkook reasoned.

''Sure, but remember I need to be at the office gate by 9:45 or you are gonna be so dead''

The ride to café was filled with dad jokes and  melodious songs followed by laughter.

The café was newly decorated, had Pastel walls with mood lightings and greenery was aesthetically pleasing , felt welcoming. It was filled with sweetest aromas of coffee, cakes, sandwiches and also fruit beer.

''I think we should order for take away, it's gonna be late if we sit here.''Jin said 

''Oh god, we still got time, just be patient.''

He was not patient, rather he was tensed, it was his first day at the job, and he was punctual. He wanted to make an impression on the 1st day.

''Jungkook hurry up order just a coffee, no sandwiches or cakes.''

''Alright alright, so bossy'' he muttered under his breath.

As Jin was getting too anxious he turned around to go towards the other end of the counter, when suddenly he crashed onto someone's chest and stumbled but luckily did not fall.

''Oh my god I am so sorry'' said the boy with a deep but soft voice. 

 Jungkook turned around laughing  '' Jan, what happened?''

''It's okay, I am alive and embarrassed''

''Are you sure you're okay?''the boy asked.

"yeah, yeah don't worry'' he gave a reassuring smile and started rushing towards jungkook.

''yah JK let's go now''

They reached the office and Jungkook left for his classes at the college.

At the office

He was late.

''An intern on his 1st day was late by 5 minutes, do you know who it was?'' the manager rudely stated.

''Yes sir'' Jin answered trembling.

''Well, speak up''

''Sorry Sir, it was me'' such an arrogant manager what shall I say a coffee was the reason that I was late.

''I don't want this kind of behaviour from you again, so get to the induction hall immediately"

He hurried towards the hall and took a seat beside two other interns who were too loud.'' Hey can I sit here, hi my name is Jin, new intern at the finance department.''

''Hi I am Jimin and this is Hobi. We are also the interns.''

''Hello everyone'' A voice made them turn towards the stage.

Jin gasped when he saw Taehyung on the stage. He was at the café this morning and now he is giving a welcome speech, the designation says, Team Lead- Kim Taehyung. ''He looks too young to be a Team Lead'' he thought.

Everyone clapped at the speech, and Jin was brought back to his senses by Jimin asking if he wanted a cigarette. He turned around but the man was out of sight, also for the entire day.

The day went by smoothly and Jin was all ready to leave when he heard about a welcome party announcement. Gradually he was made to join the team and they left for the karaoke night.

Jin texted Jungkook about the situation and the latter whined about their basketball practice.

''Yah it's just one day, don't be such a tool.'' And he shoved the phone in his pocket to go inside. He was exhausted because of a hectic day.

''Do you have to be somewhere else , you can leave if you want" Taehyung said getting off the car.

''No, no it's just my brother. Hi, I am Jin, I joined as an intern"

"I know, welcome to our company. And sorry for bumping into you this morning''

''Oh It's alright, so you know me by my name, how?''

''Yes, I know all my interns'' he smiled faintly opening the door to the karaoke bar as we went inside.
