Johnny and I had been staying at the attic of the Boston Observer ever since escaping the Lytes. Bounty posters for my neck were hung up everywhere-this time not as the Hellchild, but as "Lone-eyed Laura." This name made me sound like a criminal pirate, exactly what Lavinia was going for. I had found out that there was an organization called the Sons of Liberty within the Boston Observer. The Sons of Liberty was a group of Patriots plotting revolt against the British. Johnny and Rab were a part of it, as well as Cilla-now an undercover spy working in the Lyte household.

Anyhow, today will mark an important day of this fight-the day when is Patriots will dress up as local Indians and dump the tea out of the British ship, the Mary III. I hope all goes well, and that we would not be caught. I dress in the prepared Indian clothing, and had walked out the door with Johnny and Rab, grabbing the gun that I had once pointed at Lavinia. The time was the afternoon, and as I rode on Goblin, a beautiful white horse behind Johnny, the towering ship came into view. Stocked on top was a gallery of boxes-$70,000 worth of tea shipped from the European countries. We all got ready for the alarm. Judging from the position of the sun, it should be soon...

"WAHOOO!!!" in the distance, a series of yelps were heard, being passed down along the dock. In a flurry, and mass crowd of colonists dressed up as Indians ran forward and started to dump tea into the ocean. Crate after crate, I heard horrible cracks and huge splashes as they were dunked into the water. I helped cutting off the ropes putting them together, while Rab, being very tall, helped the grown men dump out the tea. In the corner of my eye, just a flash-I thought I had seen Alora's face. It must have been my imagination. I carried on, tangled in the ropes, high up on the ship, cutting other ropes pulling the crates together. When I looked up from cutting the ropes, I saw red. British troops-after hearing about us, they must've come to stop this chaos. And we're so close to finishing off the last few boxes!!! One by one, the troops sprinted into the dock, fully armed. They may shoot any time. As about half of us had gone to stop it, we had to work even faster. In a blur, I was cutting ropes as fast as I could, watching the tea get dumped at an inhumane speed. We need to finish!!! Our first revolt against the British... we can't leave it unfinished.

We were working the hardest we could when suddenly, I felt myself drop-with the knife in my hand. Somebody must've accidentally cut off the rope that I was suspended from. I was free falling, and I will stab myself if I fell on my knife. In a complete panic, I can't do anything as I was falling into the sea of people. I closed my eyes; "Help me...". I was going to die, before the revolution may even start.

Something strong had broken my fall. I felt the knife in my hand cut into flesh. I felt the subconscious tears from my eyes fall as someone's arms had protected me. I half-open my eyes. My knife had grazed someone's face, and had left a bleeding scar. I had fallen on them, and they had saved me. I fully open them: it was Johnny. My eyes open even wider, as I yelp in pain. i had twisted my ankle badly. I get up using my forearms and my functioning leg.

Johnny opens an eye; "Saved ya from being no-eyed Laura, didn't I?" he smirked as he got up, blood streaming down his face. Around us, the British troops were getting in, just as the last crate was being dumped into the dark sea. I forced my arms to move out of shock and tore off a piece of my shirt, bandaging his face. Rab has found us, and the girl I had seen earlier-as I confirmed as Alora was with him. Rab picked me up and we, as well as all of us colonists, finally making a move towards freedom, sprinted off the dock.

We were finally fighting.
