okok. so lets think about this...

so the name of Mettaton's theme (not Mettaton EX, so not 'Death by Glamour') is called Metal Crusher. metal crusher is a font.

who else do we know named after fonts?

Sans, Papyrus, and W.D. Gaster.

now why would mettaton be included in this group? it seems like an odd group.

well... maybe its because of Alphys?

its shown in the game sans and alphys have some sort of friendship or bond.

sans and alphys are also very smart, science-wise. and their themes 'Alphys' and 'sans.' are the only- besides 'ASGORE'- themes that have their names, and only their names.

so maybe it has to do with them? mettaton being progammed by alphys? kind of.

maybe Asgore could have something to do with it too, since hes also one of the few with their names as themes, and all uppercase themes along with 'MEGALOVANIA'. so maybe asgore is apart of this. and also he probably hires the royal scientist (gaster + alphys) so maybe he knows whatever is happening

maybe then Napstablook is in on this. hes mtts cousin. and the whole laying on the floor thing was kinda sus.
