They slept through the night, and he gladly woke to the smell of her scent. It was like waking to the smell of baking cookies. It was still laced with pheromones, and he felt his body instantly come alive in response, but he ignored it.

" Baby?" Cana's voice said and he smiled.

He loved hearing her voice say that to him. The whole situation must have made her let down the rest of her guard. Now he would get to see her entire personality and he looked forwards to it more then he could describe.

" My little wolf." He answered in response and felt a hum of satisfaction from her.

He opened his eyes to find her laying on his chest and watching his face. It was one of the cutest things he had ever seen. That thought combined with the heat of her body, made his rouse even more.

His eyes then fell to a wolf pendent that hung from her neck. It was a full moon with a silhouette of a wolf in it. Her gaze followed his to it and she smiled that smile he had grown to love.

" Mom and dad left me a few things at the cabin." She had been the one to remove the board. What all did she find?

" Like what?" He asked, curious. Her parents had to of left it for her.

" Like all the information they had about the virus." She finished and he was stunned into silence. The file had been there this long, and no one had found it?

" It is all the information on the original one. They didn't get to learn much about the mutated one in my blood. Only the one that they had been infected with." She said and he could see, as well as feel her disappointment when her shoulder slouched.

" Come on." She said, her voice suddenly turning cheerful.

The change surprised him, but he got up and put his clothes on, while she put on some of his. He really liked seeing her in his clothes and when she smiled at him, he knew she knew what he was thinking.

" Have you spent much time as a wolf?" She asked him as a distraction and he shrugged.

" Some." he answered honestly.

" But not much." He added a moment later.

" When you are a wolf, your wolf's instincts will be dominate and when you are human, your human side will be dominant." She said, watching him closely as if evaluating his reaction.

" I won't be the same person as a wolf. Are you sure you want to see?" She asked him and without thought, he nodded. He would prove to her that nothing else mattered to him, but her. Both sides of her.

Even if she was different, she was still her and he would be himself to, deep down. He hadn't spent much time in the form of a wolf. He had only practiced changing back and forth, but he would still be himself when he did, wouldn't he?

" It would be best if we were in the park." She said, snapping his attention back to her.

It was hard to pay attention to the road and not her. Both himself and his wolf were aware of her on a whole new level. It was almost as if he could feel the emotions inside her now. Thankfully he made it, and he smiled back at her when she saw that he had taken her to the plateau and the place they had met.

" You should change first. You need to adjust to the change before I change, and you see another wolf." She said and he nodded. It sounded right. He had gotten used to the physical part of the change, now it was time to get used to it mentally.

He started to strip out of his clothes and smiled when he heard an involuntary sound of approval from her. There would be time for that later.

He felt kind of nervous changing in front of her, but he had seen her change and he would need to get used to it anyways. She watched him all through the change. She didn't cringe or look away like he expected. She just watched him with fascinated eyes. She had likely never seen anyone else change an was curious.
