A/n: So, chapter 23 of the last story is right before this chapter begins, if that makes sense. You don't need to go back and look at what chapter 23 was, it was just the final planning chapter. So, here's the story!
PoV: Percy
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Hazel whispered to me, "I mean, it may have been Annabeth's plan, but bringing two elves into Camp..."
"What's wrong with bringing Fitz and Dex into camp? "I asked, looking over my shoulder at the two elves following behind us, "They don't seem like the kind of people to do something bad."
"I know, it's just... I have a feeling that, if we take them to camp... I don't know what'll happen, but I doubt it'll be good."
" Hazel, give them a chance! They aren't going to fight us, and they already told us who they are and who their fighting. I feel like that's enough to know they're on our side. "
"I know they're on our side, Percy!" Hazel hissed, looking over at the elves like I had, "I'm just worried about what they'll bring to the camp. And I don't mean skills. "
"So you think they'll bring danger to camp? So what? The barrier can keep danger out! It'll be fine, Hazel."
"I hope," she said quietly before looking back ahead of her.
Me too, I thought, my fear for Annabeth setting in again. We didn't know if they actually knew where Sophie was, much less of they could rescue her. The selfish part of me wanted Annabeth to give up and come back to Camp, but I knew she was to determined to give up looking for Sophie.
As we neared Camp, I heard Dex and Fitz freeze. "You guys good?" I asked, turning to face them.
" Uh... yeah? " Dex said it like it was a question, "It's just... Can we get into the Camp?"
"What makes you think you can't ?" Hazel asked.
"Well, it just looks a lot like one of the Neverseen's force fields is around the Camp. You can't pass through those."
"It'll be fine. I, Percy Jackson, grant Dex Dizznee and Fitz Vacker passage into Camp Half Blood!"
Hazel and I stepped in, but Fitz and Dex stayed behind, staring into nothing as if they were reliving a memory. "Um, Dex? Fitz?" Hazel asked, snapping them out of their memories, " You good? " Hesitantly, they both nodded, "Good. Let's go!"
Slowly, Dex walked in, followed by Fitz, both of them flinching as they went through. When they both crossed unscathed, they relaxed, and Dex even smiled. I felt myself smile in amusement at their relief before I motioned for them to follow me.
We led them to the Big House. As we walked, Hazel explained what everything was, smiling as they looked around. From how the elves described their homes, the camp was little more than a shed, but they still seemed to like it. It was no surprise. Camp Half Blood was really homey.
As we walked into the Big House, we found Chiron and Mr. D playing pool together. "Hey Chiron! Mr.D!" Hazel exclaimed.
"What do you need?" Chiron asked.
"Well, um, it's kind of a long story, but in a nutshell, there might be some evil people attacking Camp Half Blood soon." I stated plainly.
Mr. D suddenly got really. .. Stiff? Agitated? "Wait, evil people might attack Camp Half Blood?!" He exclaimed frantically, "Who?!"
" Um, some weird people called... Uh... The... Can't see?" I tried
"Neverseen," Dex corrected .
