Chapter Seven: Recovering

Okawo sends the remaining heroes out of the dreamspace and lets them wake up.

Chiyo and Shinso have somewhat gotten over their horror filled experience while waiting for the others to wake up. Izuku's body was transforming with every injury he got. Sometimes a bruise or a burn. They realized that the memory they were in, lasted only five minutes in the real world. About thirty minutes later Hizashi starts to stir. His eyes open and he stares at Izuku in horror. No sooner does he realize he's back in the real world, does he run to the closest trash can and empty his stomach contents.

"Pops? You okay?" Shinso asks quietly.

"Promise me. If you ever go into his memories again. If you get bad vibes. Leave. Opt out. I don't know how he manages to smile after all of tha- OOF" Hizashi gets interrupted by Shouta pushing him to the side with Naomasa running to the bathroom.

The once quiet house is now filled with the sounds of vomiting and sobbing.

Nemuri is cradling Izuku in her arms while All Might is kneeling by her side, rubbing her back reassuringly.

"That kid. He needs us. Now more than ever I believe." Shouta whispers. All Might nods and Nemuri sobs louder, "He is too young for this!"

"Chiyo call Nezu. I believe he can get Izuku's record cleared of all charges. He doesn't deserve this at such a young age." Hizashi mutters. "Okai." She goes upstairs to call Nezu, "Hello Nezu; it's Chiyo. Yes yes I am okay. However- thank you however. I am at Shouta and Mic's house at the moment. Could you please come over. Yes. I know it is quite late. It's best for you to see yourself. Okay see you soon." Chiyo goes downstairs and tells the others that the rat-bear is coming over.

Sure enough, twenty minutes pass and there's a knock at the door.

Nemuri- who's calmed down considerably but still looks like shit- gets off the chair and opens the door, "H-hello Nez*hic*zu." She opens the door and the rat-bear walks inside, shock apparent on his usually neutral face. 

Why are they all here? And Naomasa? What an interesting situation, Nezu thinks.

"How can I be of service so late at night, Sho-" "Shut up and follow me." He snaps at the clueless Nezu. The rat-bear looks at Shouta in shock, What is going on?

When the three adults return to the living room, Izuku had woken up and was backed up into a corner not letting anyone near him, "WHY AM I HERE?? W-what's going on? Who the fuck are you guys?!" They all look at each other worriedly.

"Izuku, what is the last thing you remember?" Chiyo asks softly, slowly approaching the terrified boy.

"I- uh um.. I-I was in-n an alleyw-way and s-some man-n came up t-to me. He w-was sayin-ng th-that a pretty boy like me sh-shouldn-n't be a-alone at night." Izuku stutters out quickly.

Hizashi and Shouta look at each other thinking it was when they first met the boy. However, when he said "pretty boy"; all of the adults looked equally horrified. Izuku seemingly starts to talk to himself, "O-okawo? Yes, wait no! No! Okay. Fine." Everyone that knew about Okawo understood what was going on and relaxed a bit.

Nezu on the other hand, was a different story, "Can someone please explain what's going on?"

"Ah yes, sorry. Naomasa, please join me." All Might says as Izuku falls on the ground, clutching his head. The detective gets up and follows them to Shouta's office.

"Please sit. It will be quite confusing." Naomasa says, dragging a trashcan with him, "Sorry I don't feel good enough yet." He replies to the strange look Nezu gives him.
