WORRIEDLY LOOKING AHEAD to the streetlight still at yellow, the goons in the other car could barely seem to stand the anticipation of the car race that was about to ensue. The light turned green ahead of the group to send high amounts of smokes into the air from the two trucks. Tires screeched past from Needle's driving as Marty took the car backwards instead at a high speed. Lunging back into her seat suddenly over him quickly spinning the car, Amanda turned back to see Needles driving on nonetheless. "Did you do that on purpose?"

Marty laughed over this as if he thought she'd expect him to do anything else with his history.  "Yeah. You think I'm stupid enough to race that asshole?"

The sound of a horn honking over to Needles driving past the neighborhood caused her attention to be focused on what would've happened. Seeing the idiots now swerving their car away from the one that was trying to pull into the street, Amanda widened her eyes. "Jeez, I would've hit that Rolls-Royce," Marty mentioned beside her, unaware of how this impacted his future self.

The magazine—

Turning quickly to grab the small magazine she'd kept even after the traveling that had been done, she opened it up to see the image change before her as Marty looked to her confused. Providing no clear Expecting for other parts of the future to change as a result only seemed to be in vain as Marty now accompanied the Pinheads on the cover but— everything else was the same. "What's wrong?"

"I'm still married— but the crash never happened? Why am I still married to Bobby?"

"It— it's changed. All of it," Amanda lied beside him to have him give her a smile over the news.

Instead of voicing anything else the two of us finished the short drive up to the wreckage. Walking up slowly to the pieces still scattered around the train tracks, she held Marty's hand tightly continuing closer towards it. Looking around for a moment had her sigh under her breath over the realization. "Doc's never coming back, huh?"

With no choice to accept this now, Marty shook his head silently to have her rub his arm gently to ease him. He bent down towards the pieces on the ground, finding part of what seemed to be the photograph the Doc they'd gotten from the library. He stood up again as she leaned jer head against his shoulder while staring at it. "I'm sure gonna miss him, Amy."

"Me too." Suddenly the train crossing bell began to sound, interrupting me from saying anything else. Turning towards both ends of the tracks to see no train in sight made it seem illogical for the bells to be ringing. Still, they did so as the barricades now lowered slowly. "What the hell?"

A sudden rush of air appeared, Marty and Amanda flying into the air due to it. The pair landed roughly onto the ground and Amanda looked up to see a steampunk designed locomotive with the initials ELB on the side of the train car. Towering over the wreck that had been made with the Delorean only made this seem as if some sort of continuation to a never-ending dream.

The train slowly came to a stop to have Doc now turn his head to look both directions before noticing his acquaintances on the lawn beside the train tracks. "Doc!" The couple said simultaneously in surprise.

"Marty! Amanda!" He called back to them.
Laughing in disbelief, they rushed over immediately to still call his name in surprise over Doc being here. "Kids! It runs on steam!"

Pulling out the door of the train car Doc revealed Clara to have her stand alongside him inside. He smiled over to them proudly as he took down his hat. "Meet the family. Clara you know."

She waved over to them shyly. "Hi, kids."

"Ma'am!"

"These are our boys—" Immediately being floored by Doc mentioning kids, there suddenly came two boys that followed suit to stand in front of Doc and Clara. "Jules and Verne."

Doc leaned down to smile proudly over to Marty and Amanda who were now looking to the continuation of the Brown family stunned. "Boys, this is Marty and Amanda."

The boys waved to the teenagers as Amanda laughed under her breath over the precious sight with Marty doing the same. "Doc we never thought we'd see you again!"

He raised a finger to her as she said this. "You can't keep a good scientist down! After all, I had to come back for Einstein, and, well, I didn't want the two of you to be worried about me."

Clara came up to hand him a wrapped package. Doc looked to these wide-eyed before turning back over to them. "Oh! I brought you both a little souvenir." Marty unwrapped the packaging carefully after Doc handed it over with Amanda leaning beside him to see it was a photograph of the trio beside the clock just as it was in 1885.

Smiling over the gesture, Amanda looked up to Doc again. "It's great, Doc." Marty and her shook hands with their friend as they said their thanks to have him smile down to the teens.

"It's gonna be a shame not having anybody to show it to, still," Marty mentioned knowingly as Doc laughed over the reference.

He tilted his hat back on to look down to the couple from where he stood beside Clara. "Now if I'm going to be leaving for awhile I need you both to realize something very important." Doc softened over the advice, Marty tucking her under his arm as Amanda held the frame in her hands. "Your future is whatever you make it, so make it a good one, both of you."

Marty kissed her cheek softly to send her smiling before looking up to Doc again. "We will," Marty assured him.

He gave them a wide gesture to now lean out of the train car. "Stand back!" Doing so, the couple backed away from the train as Doc slowly shut the doors. "All right, boys. Buckle up!"

Doc looked out the window to them one last time for Marty to gain his attention. "Hey, Doc!" He smiled to himself before continuing and wondering what was next in their friend's adventure. "Where are you going now? Back to the future?"

"Nope, already been there," Doc returned, giving us one last farewell wave as Marty and Amanda did the same to him. The train slowly lifted itself off the tracks, flying above Marty and to watch it soon disappear into the sky.

And with that, Doc was gone. Everything was somewhat normal or at least close to normal—

It was back to good 'ol 1985.
