THE SUNRISE was now shining up over the Delgado mine by the time the Doc, Marty, and Amanda arrived to excavate the Delorean. Having set up the TNT meant to coincide with the blast that would allow their entry inside, Doc began to get ready for the event appropriately. Expecting him to hand her the switch to set off the blast left Marty to object over the very suggestion. "She shouldn't be so close to explosives like that, it's dangerous."

Dismissing his objection, she shook her head. "Pick your battles, blue. Since when did anything dangerous stop me before?"

Marty eyed her over this to still leave a short space between them, maintaining his point. "Dangerous."

"Overprotective,"  She teased noticing him beginning to grow over the playful argument.

"Stubborn."

"Oh, I thought that was something about me you liked." Amanda stopped to jokingly squeeze his cheek as he laughed over the exchange. "Kept you waiting around for me this long."

Doc looked between them waiting for this to end before letting out a deep sigh. Catching his attention, they broke away as he quickly hid the switch away from either of them to do it himself instead. "Is there a lot of this in the future?"

Marty hugged her from behind to smile up to Doc proudly. "No but there's going to be."

He only rolled his eyes over the comment to begin walking over to where they were meant to take cover. "Just cover your ears." Ducking behind a tombstone some ways away from the blast, he flicked the switch to set off the explosives at the entrance instantly. The smoke began to travel to where the three of were hiding away for them to slowly stand up once again.

"Whoa," Amanda said in surprise as she looked out to the effects that had come about from the explosives.

Marty nodded, backing up to almost trip over the headlamps that were set off to the side. "I think you woke up the dead with that blast."

Doc ignored their surprise over the explosives with a wide-grin on his face as he pushed a camera into Amanda's hands suddenly. "Take this camera. I want to document everything!" He exclaimed as she couldn't help to laugh over his excitement.

"Your turn to handle the camera," Marty said beside her in reference over him having to film video the first time. She smiled over this to quickly take a photo of him to go along with the joke being made. He tried to snatch it away from her as the instant film came out to have her shake her head in disapproval. "Amy."
