I did not know how long I had been walking, maybe a week or longer. I had stopped several times finding caves to sleep in or hide in. Thankfully I had no run into many monsters.

After the doors moved, they all left trying to find the doors again, so when I did run into monsters, it was not a lot.

Soon I had ended up at a tall wall that was so high I could no make out any top. Knowing this was as fast West as I could, I got ready to climb. I remember that Nyx told me to travel west and climb, so this must be where she meant.

I ripped off some fabric from my shirt, wrapping it around my hands, getting ready.

About an hour or two into climbing, my arms burned, and the cloth was wrapped, causing my hands to get all scaped up. My fingers bleed, causing my grip to become slippery. I just pushed through, knowing I could not go back.

I lost track of time, no longer knowing how long I had been climbing. Blood was running down my arms, dripping on my face and down the cliff. A cut on my leg had opened once again and was bleeding as well.

I noticed a small ledge wide enough to let me rest. Using all the strength I had left, I pulled myself up to the ledge before letting go and falling onto my back. I laid there panting, trying to catch my breath.

Slowly I sat up looking around. All I could see was darkness, no matter where I looked. I looked down no longer able to see the ground, and above me, there was still no light. I wondered if this cliff had to top to it or if it would continue on forever. As I strained my eyes looking up, it was almost like there was light, but it seemed to disappear.

I laid back down, closing my eyes and letting myself rest. I needed to gain more strength and energy because I did not know when I would be able to relax the next time.

I opened my eyes, groaning at the sharpness of pain in my head. I knew I was running out of time, I needed to hurry.

Slowly I sat up looking down at my hands. The blood had dried, causing the fabric to harden. I carefully peeled off the material and threw it on the ground before ripping another piece wrapping it around my hands again.

I used the wall to help me stand up before letting out a gasp. My vision turned black as my lungs burned. I closed my eyes, squeezing them shut as I tried to relieve the pain. When I opened my eyes again, I could see, but my heart pounded, and my lungs still burned.

I looked up, signing before turning around, grabbing the wall, and pulling myself up.

My legs and arms burned to cause me to shake as I climbed up farther and farther. I climbed higher and higher, and after a while, I could see a dim light coming from the top.

Pushing farther, I began to move faster, trying to get to the light. The closer I got, the bright and clear the light looked. I wondered where I would end up once I got to the top. When I am out of would it just be another part of Tartarus? I wanted to see the treas and blue sky again. I tried to breathe in the clean air and see the mountains once again.

I wondered what it would look like when I got out. Did they manage to defeat Gaea? Was everyone okay, or would I have no one after escaping? I hoped everyone was okay, but a part of me wondered if they would even remember me or if they forgot about me.

There were so many questions I wanted answers too.

I had been so focused on my thoughts that I did not realize I was almost at the top. I could see a ledge with light radiating from it. I was so close.
