I steal your hoodies and you steal mine, keeping them safe in each other's rooms.
We send each other boxes full of treats and eat them all, every bite savoured.
Everything is amazing, life is the best it can be and it's because you are with me.
Love me forever and never let me go, snuggle up next to me and lead me back home.
I never thought it would end, like a novel that has never been read.
But you wrote the last chapter and made it final, I thought you wouldn't.
So I'm rewriting my love story, and I am writing it carefully thinking about every move I make.
This is the mistake you made writing yours, the consequences never seemed to exist.
From love to hate, from everything to nothing, your journey will be hard.
You will feel what I felt when you wrote that last word, when you placed that last full stop.
My next lover will be one that I have created and have known, and I will make sure everything is Rosie.
