Sanen's POV

I am standing on the deck of the boat, holding Yildiz as she chatters to her Baba, I know in my heart it is time to come home but I have enjoyed just being with my little family, away from the drama of what our lives had been. Even though I know that Huma will not be part of our life, I am still afraid of the damage she might try to cause. She has tried so many times to bring chaos to our lives since finding out we had a baby.  Aziz baba has kept Can informed on her actions but thankfully she has not been able to bother us personally.

Being safe and peaceful has done wonders for my relationship with Can. We have discussed everything that happened between the two of us and the outcome made us a stronger unit. Now, we have Yildiz to think about and how much more she has brought to our life. We also have more reasons to protect our family.

We are sailing along the coast and getting closer to the estate, my heart is about to beat out of my chest as I can just make out the small group of people standing on the dock waiting for us. I turn to look at Can but he is busy making preparations to guide the boat into the slip.  He glances over at me and my heart melts. This man has my soul, my albatross has landed to mate with his one true love.

Can's POV

I can see that Sanem is nervous and I want to take her in my arms so bad but I have to concentrate on making sure everything is ready. Once we dock I know Baba and Emre will take the guide ropes in and make sure that the lines are tied off and secure.

I can see our family on the dock and I take a deep breath.  Knowing they are all excite to see us I am  just hoping that everyone does not rush us and scare the bebek.

I glance over at my beautiful girls and my heart goes into my throat, I am not sure now I am ready to share them, it makes me want to stop the boat  and just hold onto both of them.

"Sanem"

"Evet."

"Will you please come and stand with me, I need to hold you before we dock."

"Ah Can, you now understand how I was feeling." she looks at me and grins but walks over into my waiting arms. Yildiz starts to play with my beard and wants me to hold her so for a few minutes I do, then I hand her back to Sanem as I turn  toward the boat slip and our families.

I can see my Baba and Emre, they are ready to grab the ropes, it looks like they have asked everyone to stand toward the back of the dock until we have the boat secured. I am surprised that they are listening but I am sure that they have told them this is so that we can get safely on shore.

I have turned off the engines and we are just gliding into the dock, I throw out the ropes and go back to shutting down. When I look back all lines are secured and now we only have to step off then we will be bombarded by the family. I turn to look at Sanem again and she nods that she is ready.

I take Yildiz back into my arms and hold Sanem's hand to help her off, Emre is there to help her step from the boat to the dock. When she is safely there, I see him hug her tightly, not being able to hear what he whispers in her ear but she smiles from ear to ear and then turns to me as I hand the baby to Emre, we both wait to see her reaction to her uncle.

At first, Yildiz just stares at him and I am waiting for her to panic but suddenly she bops Emre in the nose with her small hands and laughs. Relief floods through me. Emre is surprised that she has taken a liking to him. I hug Emre with both arms, I have missed my abi. We turn and start to walk toward the others.

Sanem's POV

What is happening, no one and I mean no one has stepped a foot toward us, it is as if they are in shock that we are standing in front of them. Then, Leyla, runs to grab me into a hug and as she turns to hug Can, I see my Anne walking toward us.

"Aziz warned us not to rush you in case we scare the bebek." She said with tears in her eyes.

Leyla has turned to look at Yildiz, "Oh my she looks like me when I was a bebek." She takes her tiny hands in to hers and I can see that Yildiz is wondering who she is. They stare at each other with the same beautiful blue eyes then Yildiz turns to Anne and watches her. A big toothless grins lights up her face. I have been showing her pictures of everyone. Especially her dedesi, grandparents.

Anne reaches for her and surprising she goes to her, she turns her little head toward Can and utters her first clear words "Nene, grandmother."

"Ah, so her first word is Nene and not Baba." Can states. "I will clearly need to work on this."

Can hugs my mother with all his might. She loved him from the first day they met and was the one to show Can what it meant to be loved by their anne.

"welcome home my Bebeks." she cries holding onto Can and then reaching to hug me.

That does it, here comes the mad rush and everyone is crying and hugging. Yildiz has taken a liking to Cey Cey and will not let anyone else hold her. After all the hellos and hugs have been given we finally start to walk toward the estate.  Can and Emre are leading the group, talking with our fathers when both suddenly stop walking.  I move to the side to see what has stopped them and there standing the lawn is Huma.
