Of course after all this time, Harry knew, somehow, he would have to go back to Hogwarts. He just felt it. His suspicions were correct though (for once). He got a letter in the mail explaining everything that he already seen coming.
He would have to come back to Hogwarts for another year.
At the time, Harry was only staying with the Weasley family for the time being until he had a way to live on his own. He was still in a relationship with Ginny, so Molly was trying to find a way to get them both their own home. Harry really didn't like that idea though. It seemed like Molly, even though she did have good intentions, was trying to hurry up the process and for them to get married, even though Ginny was still in her seventh year at Hogwarts.
Harry didn't like the idea of marriage with Ginny at all though. It seemed like there wasn't any romantic feelings between them anymore. That made Harry start to think if there was actually any real romantic feelings to begin with.
It was still the summer, and Harry was sharing a room with Ron at the burrow. Both were asleep until they heard a loud knock on the door, causing Ron to groan and raise up on his bed. He got up and walked, tiredly, to his bedroom door. As soon as he opened the door, Hermione came in, smiling brightly as if it was Christmas. "You'll never believe it!" Hermione exclaimed as she sat down on the edge of Ron's bed, pulling out three letters from her pocket, all of which were as neat as could be.
Ron rubbed his eyes and sighed as he walked back to his bed, sitting down beside of Hermione. "What is it 'Mione? This couldn't have waited until morning?" Ron asked.
Harry sighed and sat up on his own bed, knowing there was no chance of sleep now.
"It is morning. You both slept in, as usual. I did you both a favor and got your mail for you as soon as I gotten mine," Hermione stated and handed Ron his own letter. Then, she stood up and walked to Harry's bed, handing Harry his letter.
"Gotten my mail? Did mum not question you at all when you did?" Ron asked, slightly shocked, as he opened his letter and began to skim over it.
"No. I'm not surprised either. If I didn't get it, then she would have to, considering it seems you keep forgetting," Hermione replied.
Harry sighed and rolled his eyes at his friends. He opened his letter and began to read it.

Harry raised an eyebrow as he finished reading it, not at all shocked. He knew there would be some way or another that he would find himself back at Hogwarts once again. He didn't necessarily want to go, but, obviously, Hermione was going to find a way to convince Harry and Ron that they should come back with her.

And that's exactly what Hermione did. Next thing Harry knew, he was off the Hogwarts Express, after the journey to Hogwarts.
