Chapter 24

Annie's POV
We stand in the middle of the dance floor. "So what you tell me to meet you and you won't even explain yourself!" I turn away from him. "Annie. I had no choice! I had to leave." I look at him. "You always have choice. The least you could have done was say goodbye. You know what this was a waste of my time. Goodbye Will" I walk away.

I walk over to Hayden and hug him. "You ok?" He say as he holds me close to him. "I'm fine now that I'm here with you." I look up at him and smile. "I'm going to get something to drink ok?" I nod my head and watch as he walks off.

I sigh as I walk to Jayden and Kenzie. "Hey girls!" I look at them "hey the say after each other. "Where's Hayden?" Kenzie asks. "Gone to get a drink." She looks at me confused. I watch as her Jayden look at one another worried.

"What's wrong?" They look at me. Confusion was written all over my face. "Ummm...we were just at the drink table and he wasn't there..." I look at Jayden. "Maybe he went to the bathroom?" "No I was just there..." I look at Johnny.

"I'm going to look for him." I walk away. So many scenarios in my head. My heart starts to beat faster. I walk out of the hall and down the hallways of the school. I hear some one gasp quietly. My heart stops. I walk in the direction.

I look at them as I drop to the floor in horror. Tears stream down my face as my heart shatter. I gasp for air as I sob. This can't be happening. I pinch myself in hope that it's a bad dream but it's not.

I look up at him in horror. "I can't believe you right now. Just stay away from me!" I get up. "He never wanted you anyways slut!" I look at her. This is not the time to mess with me. I pounce at her. But he pulls he back.

I look at him with tears falling down my face. "Seriously...." I hear footsteps coming my way. "Ann's are you ok?" I turn and look at Carson. I fall into his arms as I cry harder. "I can't believe you man. I thought you cared about her!" Carson holds me tighter as my sobs get louder. I gasp for air. "It's ok. I got you now." He whispers to me. "I'll kill him if you want just say the word and I'll do it." I look at him. I shake my head.

I turn around and walk over to Hayden. I slap him. "Don't ever talk to me again. Do you hear me! I thought you changed. I guess not. I trusted you with my secrets. I open up to you. I gave you all of me. And you go and do this to me. You make me sick." Tears contour slip out of my eyes with every word I say. It felt like some one had just ripped my heart out.
