She didn't see him after the lunch. He never bother to come down either. She was a little bored,so she decided to check on him ,but there should be a reason she thought. 💡💡💡💡 She made a cup of coffee and climbed up the stairs still in pain.
The bedroom door was open and she could hear a scratching sound. She was curious So she peeped through the opening. Joon Ho was working with some tools.

She took a breath ,made a move and went inside holding the cup of coffee. Sensing her presence he looked up with a blank stare. Just then she placed the cup on his table and backed a little. He looked in to her eyes and went back to his work ignoring her. This is not what she expected. She thought he would make a move first. Now it seemed that she had to do it herself. So she cleared her throat to take his attention . He stopped working and looked at her straightly which made her glance down.
" Em.....I didn't leave......,though I promised I would"( Stammering ) Now looking at him " Did I upset you? " " No why would I be"
He was gentle., so she mustered up courage and went on rambling. "No,actually I was about to ,but then I heard that the roads were closed so...."
" So you must be happy" ( smirking) He threw the tool on the desk ,and stood up closing the gap between them. She clutched the tray in to her chest and backed down further.
" Huh.....let me tell you this,staying here you are digging up your own grave. Yes (smirking) so stay here as long as you want and let me witness it with my own eyes." (sarcastically.)
" What?why the sudden mood swing?"(She thought to herself)
" It's not That I'm happy staying here. its just I cannot leave in this state. you get that right?"
" No,....I dont" " If not for the close down I would have kicked you out right away. Weather you are crippled or disabled that's not in my concern."
His words were too harsh ,her heart shattered.
" But earlier." " Earlier .. earlier what?" " What you thought I'm falling for you or I'm friends with you" ( He laughed it out.) " Ow... hilarious"
Jia's face fell. She definitely knew he is not falling for her but she thought finally they are becoming friends.
" It's what we call fair play"

" hm.....fair play " ( inching towards her. ) " Remember you treating me for my gun shot wound ,and this was my turn to return the favour."
