The turning point

Jia woke up early today and walked towards the kitchen. She could see him working.

"You woke up?"

" hmm..."

" oh !I almost forgot"

He took something out of a shelf and handed it to her.
" what's this?"

" it's a skin care which is really good for scars."

" Ah.....thanks"
" you don't have to."

" Thank you for this and for the..... last night"

" hmm...here after listen to me. Do not use cool water, remeber to use boiled water for everything. Ok?"

She nodded her head accepting it.

" What are you making? I'll help you."

" ok" ( with a bright smile)

10 minutes later.....

" I thought you told me that you would help me. Why staring at me." ( smiling)

"No...you look different in these shirts you are wearing these days."

" is that? I used to wear these when I was a bright youth."

" You can go back to being the same bright person."

His face changed in to a gloomy one.

" No I dont think so. There are black stains in my history that I cannot wipe out. I never will"

" But....."

" please, let's not talk about this.hm..?"

Every time she tried to dig in to his past he avoided them.

........3 days later...........

She was currently in good health and most of her scars and marks had disappeared. Her skin colour was back and she was much happier than before.

She took over the kitchen chasing him away cause she wanted to show how grateful she is to him.

On the other hand Joon Ho was happy to see Jia back and he thought he can take his most needed leave that day.

" Jia! I have an important thing to attend. Don't wait for me. Lock the doors and have some rest. I'll be back in the evening."

" where are you going,"
