A/N: Hey guys, so I've finally created a little mini book for Tao and Caspian. This is not a full on story, just a mini spinoff and I hope you enjoy it. For new comers, you don't necessarily have to read 'Omega's Broken Soul' but I would reccomend it to get a better understanding of Tao's character and his relationship with Caspian 👍🏽

As always, please be respectful to myself and others in the comments section, do not copy or repost this story. Hate will be ignored and deleted.

Other books in the series:
☆ Omega's Broken Soul
☆O.B.S Character Book

Enjoy 🤗

TAO ¤ POV

My bare feet carried me into the kitchen and I walked over to the cupboards, opening a door and peering inside. It was half four and I was already up for some coffee and a shake before the enforcers met me outside for training.

A frown marred my features as I stared at the empty shelf where the protein shakes used to be. You're fucking joking... what idiot would use the last of it and not bother to buy more? Sometimes... I hate my kind.

Grumbling to myself, I closed the cupboard door and fixed myself a shot of espresso instead. My routine consisted of coffee and protein shakes. I was on a plan and I couldn't skip a day just because some insensitive prick forgot to buy more or even mention there was none left.

With a sigh, I cleaned the cup I'd drank from and put it back, jogging up the stairs to get my trainers and jacket so I could nip to the shop. It wouldn't take me long and even if I was late, the men could wait for me to return.

Once correctly dressed, I headed back downstairs and out to my car. The drive to the shop took about ten minutes. The shop was almost empty apart from a sleepy man behind the counter as expected so early in the morning.

I ran my fingers through my hair as I walked down the aisle. There was this scent of toffee banana that kept hitting my senses everytime I took a breath. It smelled surprisingly fresh and not from one of the packets of sugared cakes on the shelves beside me.

My wolf perked up at the scent, on high alert for some reason even though it was hardly a threatening smell. Quite the opposite frankly. More enticing than anything else. My steps faltered and I tilted my head at the urge I had to follow it.

My footsteps took me closer and I warily made my way down the aisle, ignoring the shelf of protein shake mix I'd actually come here for. I didn't know how to explain my behaviour. It was like I was a peice of metal being sucked uncontrollably towards a magnet.

When I rounded the corner my heart began to slam against my chest as the scent hit me full on. My wolf howled.

There by the open fridge door that held milk and milkshakes was a male werewolf. He was tall and muscled, his blue eyes wide and staring right back at me. His hair was blonde, in a mess of curls that somehow made him look extremely cute but dangerously sexy at the same time.

The carton of banana milk in his grip dropped and in slow motion he began moving towards me as my gaze tracked him with tunnel vision.

MATE!

The word rang out inside my head as clear as day as my wolf freaked out at the sight of the male coming closer. Then he was right in front of me, our noses almost touching.
