This is chapter 9

Alice's POV

It was around 10 am in the morning,I  was in Jackson's house. Amber had gone to work

"So what are we doing today" I asked

"Wait where did you tell your mom you were going to" he asked

" I just told her that I had a date"I said

" Hmm.... So smart..... Okay"he said

"Let's go out"I said

" To where"he asked

" Anywhere, maybe.... To the beach, I feel like swimming" I said

" Okay then, let me get some stuffs in my room"he said

We left the house and drove to the beach. There weren't a lot of people there

We got a shade to stay on the beach. I had already changed to my bikini bottom in the changing room

"How do I look" I asked him

"Cute" he said

"Can you run" I asked

"Yes, why are you asking"he said

" Then catch me"I said smiling

He started chasing me, I ran into the water and he caught me and kissed me

"You know, you are a pretty good runner" he said and I smiled

We swam for a while and we left there. We went to a restaurant because we hungry

"This food tastes good" I said

"Yes, this is where I do come to eat whenever I am coming from work"he said

"Why didn't you go to work today" I asked

"I resigned"he said

"But why"I said almost choking on my food

" You know we would be traveling in the next three days"he said

" Oh yes that's true, so I would have you all to myself for the next three days"I said smiling

" Uhmmm... I would have to be in Amber's house tomorrow"he said

" Okay then"I said rolling my eyes

" Look baby, it is just for tommorow"he said holding my hands

We finished up our food and we left there around 2pm. We decided to go home

"I have sold this house" he said

"What why" I replied

"We aren't coming back to this house remember" he said

"I would be logging in an hotel for the next three days"he said

"Which hotel"I asked

" I would text you later"he said

We didn't say anything, then he started starring at me. We continued talking and when It was already 5 pm

"It's getting late now,I think I should leave" I said.

He pulled me closer and said
"Meet me at the hotel in next tomorrow"

" Sure,I need to go to Amber's house now,she must be back from work already"I said

I went to Amber's house. She looked
tired. I knew it was her work

"How was work" I asked smiling

"Good and how was your date" she asked

"It was totally fine" I said

"What is his name" she asked

"Ehmmm......Dane"I said

" That's nice"she said

" Yes,he is a really nice guy"I said

"By next week, I would be traveling with Dane for a vacation"I lied

"Okay"she said

" So where are you guys planning to spend your honeymoon"I said

" Paris of course"she said

" Okay"I said smiling

We talked for a while and I left. I got home and went straight my bed. After some minutes, my phone beebed. It was a text from Jackson, he sent the hotel address to me

"Thanks" I replied

I later went downstairs to have my dinner

"How was your date today" my mom asked

" It was fine"I replied

" I really wish to meet the guy,what is his name"she asked

" Ja......Dane I meant"I said

"Okay then" she said

" Mom,I don't think he is the right guy for me " I said

" Why"she said

" He is just not my type"I lied

"Okay so how are you going to tell him "she asked

" I already broke up with him"I lied

" Okay so why didn't you come home early"she asked

" I went to Amber's house"I said

"Okay, tell her that I won't be able to attend her wedding, I would be busy at work that day and Shaw would be at his friend's house but I would visit her the next day after the wedding"she said

" Okay mom"I said and I went upstairs to my room. I had already finished eating

I read some books and I packed some of my stuffs before going to bed
