*Ruth Watson POV - Secrunerth*

After Rhianna had left, I sat and reflected on what Rhianna had told me. There was me thinking that she was all high and mighty because of the Realm she had come from, but it was infact because she was a very broken individual. I couldn't believe it, it still hadn't sunk in. But, my GOD, was I happy that I had managed to break down a barrier with her like I had done with Rebecca.
Was what I said to her about her being a part of a family true? Yes. One hundred percent. We were like one big family here, we protected and supported each other. We lived around each other, shared with each other, and cared about each other too. Especially us being doppelgangers. We have just spent two months in the infirmary, all feeling the same pain, basically living in each others shoes, so really, we should all be close because of what we shared.
I sighed happily and got up to get another small wine to celebrate before the door burst open.
"What did you do?!" Rebecca said, her eyes wide as she stormed towards me.
"Huh?" I was confused. What had I done now?
"Rhianna! She came to speak to you. Now, she's smiling? She's actually smiling?!" Rebecca said, shaking my shoulders. "What did you do to her?!"
I laughed. "I got through to you, didn't I? I can get through to her." I smirked cockily.
Rebecca let go of my shoulders and shook her head in disbelief. "You have got to tell me your secret."
"Ah ah ah." I wagged my finger at her, acting childish like she had when I asked her about what she had sent Sawyer and Jane. "I can't be expected to keep your secrets if I tell you mine."
"A problem shared, is a problem halved, you know." Rebecca chuckled, persuasively.
"Not if it's not a problem anymore." I turned and swaggered my hips as I walked to the cabinet. "Drink?"
"Iez!" Rebecca blurted out.
I turned to her confused with what she just said. She realised she had spoken a different language and smacked her forehead.
"I meant yes. Please." She chuckled, laughing at herself.
I gave her an odd look before turning back to the cabinet. "What language was that?"
"Atanian. I was having a chat with Natalia in their Old Tongue before Rhianna came to apologise." She shook her hand out in front of her in happy disbelief. "Honestly, Ruth. I was impressed by you in Astrovia but now you've broken through to her..." She sunk to her knees and lowered herself with her arms above her head, pretending to worship me. "I am forever in your debt."
I laughed and kicked her head lightly. "Get up, you silly bitch." I scoffed.
She laughed and got up. I handed her a glass of wine.
"Here's to you, Ruth." Rebecca said, raising her glass and downing it.
"Cheers." I laughed and downed mine. I shouldn't have any more, this was my second glass and I was beginning to feel merry.
"Really, though. What did you say to her?" Rebecca said, sitting in my armchair.
I frowned at that, but sat beside her on the sofa, my back to the entrance hall. "I find common ground. Just like you're eager to relive your past, she just needed to find... something along those lines that was just as important to her." I almost let slip there. I really needed to sober up but I was feeling myself becoming more and more tipsy.
Rebecca let out a low whistle. "It even shocked Natalia. She couldn't believe it either. Sixteen years she has tried to get Rhianna to open up and find out what was upsetting her and you do it in a single evening. Without even trying too. First thing she said to me after she apologised for nearly beating the shit out of me was, 'is this a dream?'" Rebecca laughed and reached over for more wine, offering me some, which I kindly refused. "She couldn't even let out her usual shriek of happiness. I had fully prepared myself for that, too. Had my ears covered and everything."
I giggled. "Such a waste of preperation." I mocked.
Rebecca smirked. "I know she's over the moons, though. I definitely am. I'm also looking forward to going to Earth. Haven't been there myself, so I only know what it's like through Asuna and Natalia."
"Why have you never been?"
"Been a bit too busy."Rebecca mused. "Fancy giving us a tour when we get there, if there's time?"
I nodded eagerly. "The Watson Tours is open for business, mate. First stop will be Camden. I need to do some shopping."
"Oh fuck. No shopping, please?" Rebecca begged. "If Natalia gets word that we're going shopping she's going to want to bring Clemency."
I rolled my eyes. "Fine. We will go to Thorpe Park. You'll like that. Lots of rides and thrills. Must have changed a lot since I last went there."
Rebecca nodded, looking intrigued. "Sounds interesting." She took a sip of wine then made a noise like she had just remembered something. "Can you tell me the name of that song you played on the way back from Mournstead?"
"My one?" I asked.
"Yeah. The idiot song. I had the tune stuck in my head today, but I don't know the words to it. Plus playing it on the piano doesn't really give the same appeal."
I burst out laughing. "You played American Idiot on the piano?!" I threw my head back and howled with laughter. "Oh, you have got to show me that one day."
"Why not now?" She grinned. "Come on, I'll show you how it sounds."
"Nah, I'll pass tonight. If I get up, I'm going to fall over." I admitted, sheepishly smirking.
"Wait... You were drinking with Rhianna?" She asked, frowning.
"Yeah, why?"
Rebecca hung her head. "Ahhh, she's drunk. That's why."
I laughed. She thought Rhianna had apologised because she was drunk? That was hilarious. "Actually, for your information, I had broken through to her before she even took her first glass, and even then it was only a mouthful."
Rebecca looked at me, deciding whether to believe me or not, then relaxed. "Ok... A new Rhianna to get used to. This is going to be strange."
"Tell me about it." I picked up the bottle to see how much was left in there when the door opened behind me.
"What you girls celebrating?" Darren's voice came from the entrance hall and he entered the living room, dropping his bags on the floor. He was all sweaty and looking incredibly yummy.
I made a snap decision and pointed at Rebecca. "You, out!" Then pointed at Darren. "You, bedroom, now!"
Rebecca laughed and left immediately, but Darren was confused.
"What's been going on? What have I missed?" He asked as I approached him.
"You haven't missed out on anything. Really, it's only getting started now." I slurred slightly from the drink and grabbed his shirt, ripping it open to expose his perfectly sculpted chest before pulling him into a deep kiss.
He froze for a split second before letting down his guard and picking me up to take me to the bedroom for some alone time, finally.
