*Raquel Festow POV*

I had never seen an Aura change so rapidly before.
Watson had found something so negative from her past, that her connection to Hodgson snapped clean off and her Aura changed to red within a matter of seconds.
Everyone was talking over each other and in a panic. Darren was banging on the mouth to the trains stomach, shouting at it to let him off. Hunter was trying to calm him down and soothe him. Natalia and Xavier were trying to calm Clara down as Clara was panicking at the way Watson had just left us. Rebecca was on the phone trying to call Watson. All I could so was watch everyone's Aura's flashing violently and try to keep calm myself. I focused on the latch with Watson and it was getting thinner and thinner.
"We're going to get off at the next station." Hunter told everyone. "Watson should be alright. She knows Earth, remember?"
"AAAGGGHHHH!" Rebecca took her phone away from her ear and glared, venomously, at it. "She's not picking up. Fuck sake, Darren!"
"I'm sorry, ok?!" Darren shouted back, angry and upset, his Aura pulsing and growing darker but the light from it was growing stronger, showing his determination of getting his fiancee back. "I didn't realise she would get that upset."
"That upset?" Rebecca repeated, incredulously. "How did you expect her to react, Hodgson?"
Darren flinched when Rebecca used his surname. He looked out of the window and fell into silence, his Aura pulsing slower and slower as he thought of Watson.
"It's alright, we will find her, ok?" Hunter tried to convince Rebecca.
Rebecca shook her head at him. "You better hope we do. Before she does anything stupid! I have no doubt she would have called that stupid girl from yesterday and is probably telling her everything right now."
I felt the train start slowing down again and Darren and Hunter got their bags down. Rebecca followed suit, her bag glowing a dangerous red and silver.
We stepped down, out of the train and followed Darren to a set of stairs.
"Hunter, take them all home." Darren said suddenly over his shoulder.
"What? No way! I'm staying with you, mate!"
"I am not dealing with babysitting while searching for my fiancee at the same time!"
"How fucking dare you! We do not need babysitting!" Rebecca growled at him, her face livid.
"Shut the fuck up, Rebecca! You need to keep Raquel, Clara and Xavier safe and I need to find Watson!" He snapped back impatiently.
We walked along a bridge with loads of people hustling and bustling past us, before heading back down stairs to a very similar road we had just been on. It was a high, raised path with seats lined up against the wall.
"The next train will be here in fifteen minutes. Get off at Barking and take them home. I'll catch a connection to get to where we were yesterday when we arrived." Darren told Hunter when there was an echoing bell tolling three times before a ladies voice started speaking, sounding very broken up.
"We are sorry to announce. That the ten twenty seven. Eastern service to. Shoeburyness. Is delayed due to. A passenger taken ill on the train. Please listen for further announcements." The lady then started to repeat what she had just said. I looked at Darren who was looking angry.
"Fine. Plan two then!" He growled and stormed back towards the stairs.
"What's plan two?" Xavier called after him, as we all rushed to get back to him.
"We're only a stop away from where she got off. We're going to take a cab to her." He snapped back.
"What's a cab?" Xavier asked us.
We shrugged but Hunter answered him.
"It's a car that you hire to take you places." He said.
"Ohhh, another car journey?" I squealed excitedly.
Hunter chuckled and nodded. "I hear you enjoyed the car ride with Perkins."
I nodded back at him shyly. "I did. Although the band he had hidden in the car wasn't very good. The music was all over the place."
Hunter found that very funny and put his arm around me. "I love you, you know that?" He chuckled.
I froze and his arm slipped off me as he continued walking, staring at him. He just told me he loved me?! Hunter stopped himself and looked back at me, confused.
"What's the matter?" He asked me.
"Hurry up, you lot!" Darren had reached the top of the stairs and was glaring down at us.
Rebecca, Natalia, Clara and Xavier had also stopped, looking back at us from half way up the stairs.
"Er, you guys go up. We'll catch up in a minute." Hunter called up to him, not taking his eyes off me.
"Whatever! Just hurry up! The cab office is just up the road, alright?" Darren called back and the others continued up to join him, slower than before.
"Raquel, what's the matter?" Hunter repeated, looking worried.
"You-You love me?" I squeaked, my heart palpitating.
Hunter suddenly looked away, rubbing the back of his neck and looking awkward. "Ohh, er... well that is... Look, I... didn't..."
I frowned, my happiness slowly starting to ebb away. Why did he say it to me if he didn't mean it?
"Look, it's because you make me laugh. I didn't... actually really... mean that I love you... I meant that I love you because you're funny... and.." Hunter stammered, struggling to explain himself.
"Why say it if you didn't mean it?" I asked him quietly, looking away from him and feeling hurt.
He rushed towards me and put his hands on my shoulders.
"I like you, alright. I do. You're funny, you're clever. You're a little strange sometimes, I admit, but I do like you. It's an Earth saying. When you like someone and they make you laugh and cheer you up, and they are one of your best friends, then you tell them they mean a lot to you by telling them you love them." He said.
I looked up at him, unable to hide how disappointed I felt. "You tell them you love them, but don't mean it?"
"No you do mean it, but in a different way that real love." He said, looking into my eyes. "I do like you. I feel I'm able to talk to you about anything, that I can trust you, that I can relax around you. It may be because you look so much like Watson that I feel I can be my true self around you."
"You love Watson?" I asked him, getting confused. He wasn't latched to her, his Aura didn't even reach out to her, it reached out to me. Why was he lying?
"No, I don't love Watson. She's more like a sister to me. Yeah. A big sister. I can tell her anything and she will listen and help me out. You're the same. I can tell you whatever I like and I feel connected to you more than anyone else. That hasn't happened for a long time."
Goodwin's Aura grew brighter and his Aura grew a few shades lighter. I smiled and felt reassured that his Aura was telling me that I made him happy and contented. He was telling me exactly how he felt and Goodwin's Aura was telling him that it was the right thing to do.
"She agrees." I said to him, smiling as I looked into his grey blue eyes.
"Wh-Who? Goodwin?" He stammered.
I nodded. "She's trying to comfort you."
"So you know I mean what I say, yeah? You can tell all of that?" He gave me a sincere look.
I nodded again. "I can see that you are being sincere. And I am so very pleased you feel that way towards me, even though you only met me yesterday. I feel the same towards you. Just... Stronger."
My voice trailed off towards the end and my last word was barely a whisper. Worried he would react badly to it, but he heard me and cupped my cheek.
"I'm sorry I misled you. Come on, let's go find the others."
He jerked his head towards the stairs and held out his hand for me to take, smiling warmly at me.
I sighed and took his hand and we headed up the stairs.
After we got through some strange gates that wanted to be fed your piece of hard paper before spitting it back out again and letting us through, we came out to another street and there were hundreds of people all pushing past each other in very strange clothing. Some looked like they had found a way of getting through a Tension Release by wearing small clothing to hide their bottoms and chests. Others completely covered themselves, with strange tongues hanging from their necks.
"Was the gate not hungry? He didn't like what we gave him." I said to Hunter who burst out laughing.
"That was a ticket gate. It just checks your ticket and gives it back to you to let you through. It's making sure you're not being naughty." He smirked at me before looking around to see if he could see the others.
"How does he know I'm not being naughty? Can it see Aura's when you give him the 'ticket'?" I asked, looking at the ticket in my hand.
Hunter took it off me to keep it safe and put it with his in his pocket. "It tells the machine what journey you paid for, then lets you through. Some people try to get on the train without buying a ticket." He took my hand again and pulled me to the right, away from the station, looking around.
"I can't see them." I said to him, looking around too.
"No, me neither. Have you still got my phone?" He asked.
I shook my head, feeling ashamed. "I gave it to Xavier as he knew how to use it better."
Hunter stopped and stared at me. His Aura glowing, showing me he was worried.
"I'm sorry!" I cried out, taking his other hand in mine. "I didn't mean to! I just hadn't been told how to use it and last night, the other boys were teaching him how to use it properly."
Hunter closed his eyes and shook his head. "It's ok. We're still in London, we should be able to get back to Dean's at worst case scenario." He said, reassuringly, giving me a big smile.
I smiled back, but felt very annoyed with myself. I hadn't thought that we may end up split off from the others.
"I'm just trying to remember where Watson said she was from when we did our introductions before leaving Astrovia. If I can remember that, I can flag a cab down to take us there." He said, releasing my hand and rubbing his cheek with his mouth hanging open as he thought.
I couldn't stop myself giggling at his face. He shut his mouth and gave me an amused look.
"What?" He gave me a toothy smile.
"You look like a fish." I giggled and copied what he had been doing, making him laugh in return.
"Alright, missy. Don't take the piss." He nudged me and took my hand again, pulling me down the road again.
"Did you manage to remember?" I asked him and he shook his head.
"Not yet. Still trying. I'm trying to re-live it in my mind." He said.
I stopped and he looked back at me.
"What is it now?" He asked me, his face frowning.
"It's a memory," I started to explain. "I should be able to help guide you through your Aura."
Hunter gaped. "You can do that?"
I grinned back. "I'm not just a pretty face, you know. I can do other things than just see them."
He grinned. "OK, what do we do?"
I looked around. I needed somewhere quiet to focus. "Where can we go that's not as noisy as here?"
Hunter chuckled and looked around. "There isn't many places we can go... Except perhaps..."
He trailed off and looked around to something across the road the cars were using. He pulled my hand to the edge of the path we were on, and looked up and down the road at the cars, before suddenly yanking me and running across the road. A car beeped, but didn't hit us and we reached the other side unhurt.
Hunter opened a door and motioned for me to go in. I stepped inside and it was a much smaller room filled with seats and table's like in Dean's house. He gestured for me to take a seat and I slowly sat down in the closest seat to me, looking around.
It had a type of cabinet at the back of the room, that showed some yummy looking sandwiches behind glass that had red fruit on the top of them, but they were round and had multiple layers. There was flowers on the tables, and the walls had pretty patterns on them, with lots of pinks and pale greens every where. There were small square cushions on the chairs that were poles twisted round to make the seat. There was no one else in the room with us.
"I'll be right back. Would you like a drink?" Hunter said to me in a hushed voice.
I nodded eagerly. He smiled at me and approached the cabinet. After he had called out, a lady emerged through a red and white shredded curtain, smiling warmly at him. He said something to her that I couldn't hear and she nodded over to me, smiling wider, before turning back and coming to me, grinning.
"Bit early for a spot of lunch, but I thought you'd be hungry." He sat opposite me and winked at me. I felt my cheeks getting warm.
"It's very nice in here." I said, looking around. "It's so calm and relaxing."
Hunter looked around and chuckled. "It's called a tea room. People come here to drink tea and eat sandwiches. Very British."
"British?" I asked.
Hunter shook his head. "Don't worry. It's an Earth thing." He picked up a rigid piece of paper that was sticking up between two white closed up cups with holes in the top, and started reading it.
I picked up one of the closed up cups and looked at it closer. It had three holes in it. I lifted it up and tipped some into my mouth. A very spicy, bitter powder came out onto my tongue making me cough and splutter. Hunter jumped to his feet and came round.
"Are you ok? What happened?"
"How-How can you eat that?!" I spluttered, trying to scrape the powder off my tongue.
Hunter looked at the white cup and picked it up, before looking at me with a very odd look.
"Did you just eat some pepper?" He said, slowly as if I was mad.
"Is that what it's called? I thought it was a drink." I coughed.
He roared with laughter and slumped over me, hugging me tightly. "You're going to kill me today."
"No I'm not. I'm a pure Aura! I would never kill unless I really had to!" I said to him, shocked he would ever think that I would even hurt him let alone kill him.
"It's a figure of speech, babe." He sniggered, going back to his seat to let himself laugh it off without falling over.
My heart leapt as he called me 'babe'. That was obviously a sign of affection here. I beamed at him.
The lady came out from behind the counter carrying a tea pot, two cups with handles on small plates, a small jug, a bowl with a silver spoon sticking out of it along with two triangle sandwiches and put it on our table before smiling and telling us to enjoy.
I leaned forward as she walked away and looked at the two sandwiches. They were quite large and a lot taller than I expected, with four different layers. One was brown with a darker brown paste in each of the layers. The second sandwich looked more like normal bread with a red and white paste for the layers and a white dusting on the top with a red fruit.
"Which do you want? Chocolate or Strawberry Victoria Sponge?" Hunter asked, still chuckling about the pepper.
"Well, I don't want to take Victoria's sponge, so I'll try the chocolate." I smiled. Hunter burst out laughing again.
"No the cake doesn't belong to Victoria, it's named that after someone." He chortled.
"Oh, well I definitely couldn't take it if it's in memory of someone." I bowed my head in respect to the dead Victoria.
Hunter laughed even harder. I was starting to feel annoyed and looked up at him, frustrated.
"No, it's called Victoria after the person who created it. It's not in memory of anyone, it doesn't belong to anyone, it's just the name of the cake." Hunter stopped laughing when he saw my annoyed face. He frowned. "I'm sorry. Just the way you see things in our world and explain how you see them is just so wonderful to hear. It's funny, it's quirky, it's... well, it's perfect." He flashed me a grin.
"Here," He said, picking up the plate with Victoria's sponge on it. "I think you'll prefer that one. If you're good, I might let you try some of mine."
I scowled at him. "Don't speak to me like I'm a child. I am actually an adult now I'm sixteen!" I snapped.
"Oh you are?" He mused. He picked up the tea pot and poured out an amber liquid, before picking up the spoon and tipping two spoonfuls of white power in with it.
I deepened my scowl and nodded, curtly. "Yes. In Atania, you are given your duty at sixteen, meaning you can then have your own hut if you wanted to and take part in the annual gathering of Breenio."
"What's the annual gathering of Breenio?" Hunter asked, tipping the small jar into the cup filling it up with a white fluid before doing the same with the other.
As he put one of the cups in front of me before picking up his cup to drink, I explained. "It's a huge party to celebrate the Protectors of the Realms, Rebecca and Natalia."
Hunter choked into his cup. "W-What?!" He spluttered.
I nodded. "They're a huge part of Atania. They came from Atania, well... Natalia did. And Rebecca lived in Atania for a long time. The party is held right outside her old hut. We celebrate that they planted the chreek fields, that they fell in love. There's even a mass Tension Release to celebrate their love for each other."
Hunter looked away, biting his lip. When he spoke, he spoke very slowly and carefully. "Does... Do Rebecca and Natalia know they do that?"
I shrugged. "I don't know. They should, though. They deserve to know how highly respected and celebrated they are for saving all the Realms and creating FREE."
Hunter raised his eyebrows and snorted, but stopped himself before he abruptly stopped himself from laughing. "Please, promise me that you'll tell them about it when I'm there. And make sure Watson's there too, she would find that hilarious."
I smiled and nodded in agreement as I picked up my fork and carefully broke a piece of Victoria's Sponge off with it. I put it in my mouth and it was the most delicious, sweetest thing I had ever tasted. The bread was sweet, which surprised me, but it was fruity and creamy too thanks to the paste. I moaned and closed my eyes.
"Good, huh?"
I nodded vehemently before breaking off some more, thinking about the promise I made him. Why did he want to be there when I told her? And why would Watson find that hilarious? Oh my goodness! Watson!
I snapped my head up to Hunter who stared back.
"We need to get that memory relit in your Aura." I reminded him. He jerked his head forward like the food he had just put in his mouth was about to fall out and nodded.
"What do you need me to do?" He asked, moving his cup and cake out of the way so the table between us was clear.
"I need you to close your eyes and think back to that exact moment. Try and remember where you were, who you were with, what was being talked about and focus on it."
He nodded and closed his eyes, frowning in concentration.
I focused on his Aura as it glowed and focused on the part around his head. Closing my eyes I used my latch to him to bring the memory into my mind as well.
I saw everyone sitting in a circle, facing each other.  There was Rebecca and Natalia sitting opposite. Rebecca was strangely sitting forward, leaning on her knees and laughing at someone. It was Hodgson who was giving her an unimpressed look. Everyone else seemed to be looking at Watson, waiting for her to speak.
"My name is Ruth Watson. I am now sixteen years old and I'm from Carshalton in Surrey. And... er.. before I came here, I was a smoking, drinking spoiled shit." She said, avoiding everyones gaze at her.
"You don't seem to be a smoking, drinking spoiled shit anymore." Rebecca slurred at her.
"No, because I've learnt to be responsible."
"And you've learnt to kick arse." Rebecca grinned at her.
I opened my eyes. Carshalton in Surrey. I had no idea where that was, but we had an idea of where the others were going. Hunter still had his eyes closed and a faint ghost of a smile on his face. He was enjoying seeing the memory. His Aura gleamed but also shuddered. Goodwin's Aura on his shoulder pulsed, slowly.
"I know where they will be going." I said to him, putting my hand on his.
He twisted his hand over to hold mine and opened his eyes.
"That was like I was back in Narthwich. Like, actually there. It was when we were telling each other where we lived before we left to come back here." He said, softly, tears coming to his eyes.
"I noticed that Goodwin was trying to comfort you. Are you ok?" I asked him, gently.
He nodded and gave me a sad smile. "It was just after she died. I was in a very dark place." He sighed, and looked at his cake. He suddenly glanced up at me. "Want to try some chocolate?" He asked me, a cheeky smile on his face.
"What's it like?" I asked, licking my lips and looking at his cake.
"It's very tasty. Tell you what, I'll give you a bite of mine if I get a bite of yours."
"Deal." I said, and opened my mouth while leaning forwards. He took my fork off me and broke some off before putting it in my mouth.
It was rich, a slightly bitter tang to it, but creamy and luxurious on the tongue. I slowly chewed, savouring the taste when a happy feeling spread through me. A very familiar happy feeling.
"It's a reeking ploddip!" I cried out, staring at the cake.
Hunter blanched, a perplexed expression on his face. "Reeking ploddip?"
I nodded. "We have them in Atania. My naraz uses it in her cooking all the time. It's like a large, brown oval ball and when you split it open it's got lots of little brown pebbles covered in white skin, that taste amazing when you add Oorus powder. They taste just like that!"
"Why the name reeking ploddips?" He asked, looking amused.
"It's a misnomer. I don't actually know why they called it that. But they're the best thing in Atania to eat!" I told him excitedly. "Can we swap?"
Hunter chuckled and put his cake in front of me and took mine to him. We ate the rest of the cake in comfortable silence, Hunter stealing the odd glance up at me and me smiling in response.
"Shit! I forgot the name of the town Watson said." He suddenly cried out, slapping himself on the forehead.
"Carshalton in Surrey." I said, he gave me a smile of relief.
"At least someone was paying attention. I'll just pay and we'll head back to the station to work out how to get there." He said, getting to his feet.
I nodded and took a last look around the 'Tea Room' before we left. I liked it here. I was enjoying seeing the Realm Hunter came from. It was definitely refreshing, although sometimes overwhelming.
We stepped back outside and headed back from where we had come from after we got through the ticket gates. Hunter suddenly laughed out loud at something, not with humour but from realisation.
"What is it?" I asked, looking around at all the people and clutching his arm.
"There's the cab office!" Hunter cried out, pointing ahead of us.
"Oh, are Clara and Xavier there?" I asked, standing on my tip toes to look over the heads to where Hunter was pointing.
His face fell and he shook his head. "They probably gave up waiting for us." He said, a little guiltily.
I stuck out my bottom lip and looked towards the cab office. "Are we getting a car then?"
He nodded. "Lucky I have my credit card." He murmured. I didn't understand him, but didn't push him to explain what that was.
We walked to a door and went inside. The tiny room was only big enough to fit about five people inside and there was two very old chairs against the wall. It smelt very musky and smokey, like there had been a fire recently. There was a window in the wall with a circle of holes in it where a woman with 'glasses' like Dean's stood, looking bored.
She looked up as we approached, casting her dull eyes over me and Hunter over the top of her circular glasses. I clutched to his arm when I saw the ladies Aura was red. I tried to tell him silently to be careful what he said to her.
"Morning, we'd like a cab please." Hunter said cheerfully to her, giving her a friendly smile. I smiled up at him, so proud that he was being kind to the lady.
"Where?" The lady replied looking at a lit up machine much like the ones that had been in the hospital, but a lot more colourful.
"Carshalton in Surrey?" He said, stepping forward to the window.
"Any specific location, love?" The lady drooled, lazily.
"Nah, just the centre would be fab." Hunter said, shaking his head.
"Right." The lady looked at the machine before peering over her glasses at Hunter again. "He's on his way. Take a seat, he won't be long."
"Star. Thank you very much." Hunter quipped, and guided me to the seats.
We patiently sat and waited for the cab to arrive. Hunter was stroking my hand with his thumb and I resisted the urge to snuggle into him. Suddenly, the door flew open and there was a large man, with a strange hat on and black glasses over his eyes.
"Cab?" He said, curtly then gaped at me. "Well, well, well. Thought I gave you my number in case you needed me again. You lost it or summit?"
I gave him a confused look and he widened his mouth before nodding, knowingly.
"Ahhh, you're the other one. The one who kept smiling at that girl." He grinned at me but I still was confused.
Hunter rose to his feet. "You've seen her before?" He asked him, slowly.
"Yeah. She got the cab with me yesterday. They were talking about green Aura's and american ignites." His grin faded when he looked at Hunter.
"Can you take us back to where she took the cab from yesterday?" Hunter asked him eagerly.
"Er, yeah sure. Why isn't she as chatty as she was yesterday? What did that tosser do?" He was suddenly angry. His orange Aura flashing wildly.
"Oh, no. He hasn't done anything. This is her sister..." Hunter lied quickly.
"A triplet? Fucking hell. Never met triplets before. Come on, love. Let's get you home."
He gestured for us to follow and led us to a black car that was a lot larger than Perkins. Hunter opened the back door and held out his hand to help me get in. I climbed in and was amazed how much bigger it was inside. The bench was further back in the car, allowing us to stretch our legs out in front of us. I obediently sat in the seat behind where the man got in at the front. Hunter leaned across me, making my heart flutter from how close he was to me, and put the belt across me again. I smiled at him before closing my eyes and releaxing into the seat, waiting for the pleasant vibrations to start.
"That's right, love. You relax. I'll get you home." The man said.
I opened my eyes and he was staring at me through a tiny mirror on the window. I smiled kindly back at him.
The car came to life and we started to move. I quickly glanced at Hunter before I had to close my eyes. He was watching things move past us out of the window, his chin leaning on the palm of his hand, looking like he was thinking.
"Hunter, are you ok?" I asked him.
Hunter jumped and looked round at me. He grinned.
"Never better. Just bored, that's all. Haven't got my phone have I?"
I felt a wave of guilt. "I'm sorry I gave it to Xavier." I said, sadly again.
Hunter's grin grew wider. "Nah, it's nice not to have a distraction when you're with someone. I sometimes find I look more at my phone than talk to anyone anymore."
"But you speak to each other through the phones, so how can you not talk to anyone?" I asked confused.
"You saw the video last night. We can do anything on our phones. Play games, watch movies, read, write, basically anything and everything. This is a world where everyone is more interested in technology than each other." Hunter explained, flashing me a wry smile.
I glanced past him at the scenery rushing past behind him and went to get up for a closer look, but the belt wouldn't allow me to move.
Hunter looked over his shoulder at the view before looking back at me and pointing at my window. I looked round and flattened my face against the window watching all the people, other cars, buildings and windows flying past at speed. It was exhilarating to see. I saw large green fields flashing into view behind the buildings before the car slowed down to a halt.
"Oh, are we here?"
The man in the front laughed. "No, love. Traffic lights." He said pointing at a red circle.
I watched the red circle with two more black circles below it on a black box intently, wondering what it does. An orange light came on then the red and orange went black and a green circle came on and the car started to move again.
"Oh, I like that green circle!" I squealed, excitedly. "That was pretty!"
The man and Hunter laughed.
"So do I." The man chortled, wiping his eye.
"Will we see it again?" I asked, bouncing in my seat.
He laughed again. "No doubt. Let's hope they all stay green, huh?" He looked in the little mirror again and winked at me. I grinned and winked back. He chuckled. "You're a lot nicer than your sisters. How comes you don't do kids partys?"
"Because I'm an adult now. I turned sixteen just after I got here." I replied.
He roared with laughter. "You seem to act your age better than they did. Here, what happened to the one with the scars? How did she get them?"
"Oh, Rebecca? She got them in Deathea. She was there for ten years and is known to be the only one to survive it. We leap over a burning path of coals in her honour." I explained, pleased someone was taking an interest in my culture and traditions.
"Wow. That sounds fun!" He said, laughing. "What's Deathea?"
"It's a country in New Zealand. Where there's a volcano." Hunter said quickly, stopping me from answering. I frowned at him but he shook his head slightly. His Aura pulsed telling me I needed to change the subject.
I thought for a moment.
"What did you think of Watson?" I asked him, keeping my tone friendly.
The man glanced at me through the mirror again. "Was that the one in the black armour?" He asked.
I nodded.
He chuckled. "I liked her. She was nice. Sassy and spunky. Just how a girl should be." He raised an eyebrow. "She knew what she was doing that one, even that dickhead of a boyfriend was hanging onto her every word."
Hunter laughed. "Yeah, Watson has that affect on him."
"You this one's boyfriend, then?" The man asked him through the mirror.
Hunter gave me a fleeting look before nodding. "Yeah."
I stared at him in shock, but he gave his head the smallest of shakes to stop me asking if it was true. I felt very confused. Did he love me or not?!
"Looks like you've bagged yourself the fun one. I'd keep hold of her, if I were you. But her sister, Watson, was it? Yeah. Watson deserves better than that idiot she was with yesterday." The mans face looked serious as he shook his head slightly.
"He's her soulmate." I told him. "There isn't anyone better for her than him."
The man shot me a look. "You think so, huh?"
"I know so. Just like Hunter is for me." I blurted out before clamping my hand over my mouth.
"What?" Hunter said, staring at me with his eyes wide and mouth slightly apart.
I lowered my hand extremely slowly and nodded once, the fear of being rejected apparent all over my face.
Hunter froze like that for a while, before closing his mouth and looking out of the window. I felt my heart shatter again. It was obvious. His Aura was flashing violently telling me he didn't believe me, but a latch started to stretch itself out to me. Again, stretching ever so slowly.
The man flashed Hunter a look through the mirror. "What the hell, mate? You can't treat your girlfriend like that after she says she's your soulmate!"
Hunter glared at him, dangerously before looking at me. I avoided his gaze and looked down at my hands in my lap. I closed my eyes and decided I would continue the remainder of the travelling in silence, trying not to cry.
