*Raquel Festow POV*

"Your future isn't yet determined. I see a new life, but the loss of one too. Please be careful." I heard Regina tell Watson as I left the room.
I glanced back at her and her Aura was almost invisible. I stared in horror as her golden Aura had changed to a strange silver. I had never seen that happen before. I could see Watson and Hodgson exchanging worried looks with each other and decided I needed to investigate.
I ran down the stairs, overtaking Rebecca and Rhianna, and pelted towards the garden. Clive was standing with Jarod, Micha and Oren.
"Clive, may I have a word, pleize?" I asked, quickly.
He turned to look at me, surprised, before nodding. He followed me towards the green where I had seen the others duelling while I had been training with Hunter and Hodgson.
"Why does Regina have a silver Aura?" I asked him, once we were at a safe distance.
Clive's eyebrows rose, looking surprised again. "What do you mean?" He asked.
"Just now. She was speaking to Watson and Hodgson, telling them something about their future not being determined, and her Aura was silver, almost invisible."
Clive's mouth fell open and he stared at me like he was shell shocked. He suddenly grabbed my shoulders. "What did she say, exactly?" He demanded.
"Their future is not yet determined. There's a new life but there's also the loss of one. She told them to be careful."
"She's seen something." Clive breathed, thinking for a moment before turning and running back to the others.
I followed him after a slight pause, confused as to why he would be reacting like that.
"Regina!" Clive called, as we got close enough. "You had another vision?"
Regina blinked at him. "Did I?" She asked.
"According to Raquel, your Aura turned silver and you told Ruth and Darren that their future wasn't determined. What did you see?"
Regina furrowed her brow and thought back. "I don't remember having one. Then again..." Her eyes widened as she remembered something. "We had just opened the door and saw that they were safe. Then the next thing I remember, I was back in the garden."
She looked at me and grabbed my shoulders like Clive had. "What did I say?!"
"You told Watson and Darren that you saw a new life but the loss of life too. You told them to be careful." I said to her.
Regina twisted her head round to look at Clive. "I-I don't know what that means..."
"What does any of it mean?" Rebecca asked, curiously, standing with Natalia. "What does it mean when an Aura is silver?"
"Aura's aren't meant to be silver." I told her. "The main colours are Gold, Red and Purple, then the green. There wasn't any mention of a silver." I looked over at my parents for their input and they were as perplexed as I was.
"Silver means she had a vision." Clive explained. "Regina has a rare gift of being able to see the future. It started happening after one particularly bad experience when we were being held by the LaCroix's. She saw seven versions of herself, but they were all in separate rooms. The next vision was what told us to go and see Benny and Crystal, but by then, it was too late." He gave Regina a very worried look. "She didn't have another one until just before she was to leave for Atania. She said that Tiana only had three hundred days left. We took it as her death, but it could mean anything."
Regina hung her head. "If I've told them there's a new life but the loss of one, it could mean anything. It could be a child for them, or someone else. It could be one if their deaths or it could be another person. I don't know unless I'm asked about the visions when I'm actually having them."
I checked Regina's Aura again and it had returned to the dark gold as before. There was no patches missing like on Rebecca's, her Aura was wavering showing she was worried, but nothing to really show what had happened to her. I frowned.
There was a sudden cheering coming from the other side of the hard section of ground just outside of the kitchen. The group from Earth seemed to be welcoming back a very embarrassed and annoyed looking Watson and Hodgson along with Dean and Hewitt, who were also looking mortified.
Rebecca hummed. "Looks like they have their own way of celebrating Vollang." She said, thoughtfully, before turning back to Regina. "How did they react to what you told them?"
"I don't remember." Regina said, grimacing.
"They were looking very worried and concerned at each other." I cut in. "I hope it hasn't put them off Vollang."
"I doubt it with those two." Natalia quipped. "They were known for disappearing together during their training on Lisorix for some Vollang."
Rebecca chuckled. "Bloody awful they were. I'd turn round and they were no where in sight."
"I'm tired." Regina yawned. "I'm sorry everybody, but I think I will head back home and get some sleep."
"You're staying here with us, Regina." Rebecca told her, bluntly. "Micha and Oren will sort out bedrooms for you."
She looked at Micha and Oren, who both nodded and led Regina and Clive away to show them their bedroom. Rosalie rushed after them, and I watched her catch up and link her arm with Regina, wanting her to stay by her side.
"Rebecca, what if I can't help Rosalie?" I asked, sadly.
Rebecca looked over to Rosalie before looking at me. "You'll find a way, Raquel. You're a very special part of our little family. You have been able to help us all in one way or another."
I hung my head, feeling useless. "But I still can't fight."
"It takes practise. It doesn't happen over night. That's why my first rebellion failed. I was so concentrated on making the weapons, it didn't hit me that I wouldn't know how to use the blasted things." She told me, putting a hand on my shoulder.
"You didn't know how to fight?" I asked her, hope building in me.
Rebecca shook her head. "No one is born with the knowledge on how to fight and defend, Raquel, it's all taught to you. In time, you will become a lethal weapon in your own right, once you have your head around the fighting side. That's why I think Astrovia would be beneficial now. You have the strength and stamina now, you just need the practise." She gave me a confident grin.
"What do you think Rosalie would be able to do once I fix her Aura?"
She shrugged. "Who knows what the Secrunerthian Phoenix's were actually capable of? I think that being able to control the lands and sky is a bit farfetched, but their healing? Yes, that's a more likely option." She reasoned, looking round to Watson and Rhianna. "Looks like Ruby and Rosalie are the only one's without saltazeebs, now." She muttered to me.
I nodded. "I hope they find theirs soon. Isn't it wonderful having a saltazeeb?" I grinned at her excitedly.
She laughed. "Yes. It has been nice to have a saltazeeb. Thing is, Natalia and I have become so reliant on each other, we wouldn't know what to do without the other."
"It's certainly promising seeing how long Clive and Regina have been together though, isn't it, my love?" Natalia chirped, happily.
Rebecca nodded. "Absolutely. There was me worried we would run out of time and I would never be able to do what I ha-"
She stopped mid-sentence, cleared her throat and shook her head slightly. "Any way, what do you think of Rhianna's saltazeeb? He definitely is going to need a lot of work. That's if he survives the first day of training with Darren." She snorted.
Natalia hit her arm before linking her arm with hers. "Don't be cruel. He will be fine. I'm sure they are going to become a dangerous duo on the battlefield."
Rebecca hummed. "Yes. I wonder if this will make any changes to her fighting though. What do you think of him, Raquel?"
I thought for a moment. "He's very nice and funny. Watson really likes him too. But I don't like the names she calls him. It's discriminating."
Rebecca laughed again. "I think the names are quite fitting, honestly. He is porky, and a fatty. Did I tell you what happened when they first met, darling?" She looked at Natalia, who shook her head. "He told Rhianna he liked her with short hair and Rhianna told him, 'down boy.'" She threw her head back and laughed. "Poor boy bent over so fucking quickly to hide what his true thoughts of her were, he almost fell over."
Natalia giggled. "Almost as funny as our first meeting, my love."
"Nothing will beat our first meeting, darling." She tapped Natalia on the nose as she pulled out her phone. "That was too perfect." She looked at the phone and gasped. "Holy shit. YOU LOT! BED! Big day tomorrow, and it's already one in the morning!"
I smiled at the two of them. "Goodnight." I said, happily, before skipping over to Hunter, who was talking with his hands to his naraz. "Hunter, it's bedtime."
He spun round, a little red in the face. "Is it? Oh, well. I better get a bedroom sorted for mum. Where's Micha and Oren?"
I pointed at the house and took Veronica's hand. I loved my new naraz. She was so sweet. Even though I had scared and overwhelmed her earlier when I used Hunter's latch to speak to her, she had spoken to Hunter with her hands so that he could ask me the questions she wanted to know. It was a shame we weren't latched, otherwise she would be able to speak back to me.
Micha and Oren came back with Hunter.
"Ruth? Are both your families staying here tonight?" Micha asked. "If so, we have the out buildings at the front of the house they can stay in? They're two bedroom houses."
"Oh, cheers guys! That would be great!" Watson exclaimed, grinning at her naraz.
I liked Watson's Naraz, Sharon. She was very kind and friendly. She hadn't liked it when Watson, Hodgson and Rebecca had laughed when I invited her to the Vollang party tomorrow, and again when I asked Hodgson's parents. She was very protective and seemed to be worrying about Rhianna a lot. She seemed to think that Harry wasn't the right saltazeeb for her, but I couldn't understand why.
"What about my parents?" I asked.
"Grace and Fabian will be moved into a room to share and Veronica will have Fabian's old room. Your parents will be in the room next to Xavier." Oren explained.
Everyone started disappearing to head to bed. Micha led Hodgson's and Watson's families away to show them where they would be staying, while my parents, along with Ashdown, Sawyer, Dean and Hewitt followed Oren.
"Where you staying tonight, Harry?" Watson asked him.
"As far away from you, that's for sure." Harry chuckled. "You'll be wanting to finish off what you didn't finish."
"Ahhhh. You'll be having your first Vollang tonight then?" Watson retorted, smirking widely.
"Don't you dare!" Rhianna snarled, withdrawing her blade.
I bounced, excitedly. "Oh Rhianna! Is it your first Vollang?"
Watson immediately stood in front of me as Rhianna moved to attack. There was a sudden, blinding pain in my side, and the three of us fell to the floor.
"OH MY GOD! RHIANNA?" Came Harry's voice.
"DEAN! DEAN!!" Hodgson called out in a panic.
"RHIANNA, WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Hunter roared.
My eyes started to cloud over in black patches as I felt Hunter lift me and hold me to him. I could hear people screaming and yelling at each other, but it was starting to become very distant. The pain intensified and we all cried out. I tried to focus on Hunter, but it was no use. The darkness consumed me and I slipped into nothingness.
