Chapter 43

Chloe's Pov

"Chloe, I am so sorry for last time, I promise I didn't mean anything that I have said. I am really feeling guilty for that. Please forgive me" Zoey said pleadingly.

I looked down at the floor and stayed quiet.

"I love you and I want to make it up to you. I'm trying to be a better person as you wanted me to be, will you at least give me a chance to prove myself?" She said as she looked at me and took my hand.

"Please?" I finally looked at her back and whispered "Ok"

Zoey's face lighten "Thank you so much" She said and hugged me.

Leah's Pov

I stare at Zoey as she sits down next to me "Do you need something?" I asked.

"Yeah, I wanted to tell you something" She says "I would like some alone time with Chloe so I don't want you anywhere near her when I'm around"

"What? I can't stay away from her, that's just crazy Zoey" I say kind of raising my voice.

"Don't you ever talk to me like that" She says grabbing my face making me look at her "I don't want to see you anywhere near her when I'm around" She says clenching her jaw. "I hate repeating myself Leah and I seem to do that a lot with you. It only pisses me off more you know?" She lets go of my face and leans on the counter that's in front of me.

"But she's mine too Zoey and I wanna be with her just as much as you do" I stated "What am I supposed to do?" I asked finally looking at her.

"I don't care Leah. I really do not give one fuck. Make up an excuse or something I don't know. You better figure something out because you really don't want to lose her. Now do you baby?" She says slowly leaning down so that her face is just inches from mine.

"No" I whisper.

"Good girl" She smiles packing my lips before getting out of my room.

-Two Weeks Later-

Zoey's Pov

It's been two weeks since the poly thing started. Chloe has moved on from the past and she started to trust me more. I walked to our bedroom where I saw Chloe sitting alone, thinking about something. I know she was upset about how Leah has been ignoring her for last few days. But I do not like to see my baby looking sad. I wanted to surprise her and take her on a date.

"Hey baby, are you okay?" I asked concerned, touching her hand.

"Yeah" Chloe answered quietly.

"Chloe-"

"-I am fine" She cut me off, almost yelling.

"I am sorry, It's nothing you have to worry about. I am okay" Chloe said calmly.

"Okay, well I have something for you"

"Really, What is it?" She asked excitedly. I pulled out a jersey out of the plastic bag and handed it to her. Chloe turned it around, looking at whose jersey was it, Cleveland Cavaliers, number 23, Lebron James.

"What? You actually bought this for me?" Chloe asked eagerly, touching the fabric.

"Yes" I confirmed and Chloe's face completely lit up.

"Oh my god" She started mumbling, while quickly putting the jersey on "This is amazing, thank you!" Chloe exclaimed, excited. She has always been NBA fan, especially Lebron's.

"Wait, that's not all," I stopped her excitement, reaching into my pocket, pulling out the tickets, "I got us tickets on Clippers" I announced and Chloe immediately engulfed me in hug.

"Thank you so much" Chloe squealed, shaking her head, not believing it.

"Well you have always wanted to go but you never did, so I figured why couldn't I take you to your first nba game?"

"This is perfect" Chloe said and gave me the biggest smile.

"Better than cinema?" I jokingly asked, Chloe only chuckled.

"Yes, much better" Chloe admitted and hugged me once again.

"Baby, are you coming with us?" Chloe asked Leah excitedly as Leah walked into the room.

"Leah doesn't really feel good today. Right Leah?" I said as I looked at her.

"No I'm fine. I'm pretty sure I'm fine" Leah said and stood beside Chloe. My head shoots up in her direction as I glared at her.

"I thought you said you weren't feeling well earlier babe" I said sweetly but my eyes throwing daggers at her.

"Oh um, right yea I don't feel that great. Periods ha they're the worst" She said faking a little laugh.

"Aww babe well we can take care of you. Zo why don't we just go another time?" Chloe gently grabs my hand intertwining our fingers "I'll go get some snacks and we can just cuddle and spend time together" She says pulling me to her and giving our hand a little squeeze before kissing it. I give Leah a look saying 'fix it'.

"No no it's okay you two go out. I kinda wanna be alone anyway.." She lied. I smiled at her.

"Are you sure Leah? Cause we can totally stay if you need us" I said innocently.

"It's fine you guys go have fun. I'll just watch a movie" She said.

"Well okay babe but you'll let us know if you need anything right?" Chloe says standing in front of Leah.

"Yea of course I will" Leah said smiling up at her.

"Just let me get changed really quick and we can go baby" I said while rubbing Chloe's arm.

"Okay, meet me in the living room when you're done" She says kissing my cheek. She gently caresses Leah's cheek with the pad of her thumb, leaning down to kiss her "You'll let me know if you need me?" She asks mumbling against her lips. Leah nod her head and peck her nose "I love you. I'll see you later"

"Okay I love you too" Leah says walking her to door. Chloe kissed her one more time before she walks away. Leah turned around and I quickly shut the door.

"What the fuck Leah!? I told you I didn't want you near her while I was around didn't I?!" I yelled in her face "So when I said I wanna go out with her and I make up an excuse for your dumb ass because I'm in a good mood today, why the fuck wouldn't you go along with it!?" I screamed at her.

"I don't know I'm sorry I wasn't thinking" She said calmly as she looked down.

"Ugh you're so dumb. Get the fuck out of my way" I said as I tried to walked away "Oh and I don't want you here when we get back, got it? I wanna have sex with her and you always ruin it" I said while opening the door.

"I do not.." She started, I just laughed at her "That's not fair Zoey. I wanna be with her too"

"Nothing is fair in life, darling" I said and walked out of the room slamming the door.

"Oh my god and that dunk from Wallace! That was just-" Chloe was rambling about the game since we got home, It's great that she had such a good time but I am not really that big of a fan, so I just stared at her, not really listening.

Chloe Interlocked our hands, genuinely smiling, "Thank you" I couldn't even count how many times Chloe thanked me for tonight.

"You are welcome, just like I said multiple times before" I said and Chloe smacked my free arm.

I placed my hand on her hip and Chloe bit her lip. I leaned closer, finally connecting our lips, it was slow sensual, Chloe and I were in sync.
