She woke up early as usual. A rumble of hunger was heard. She padded outside the den, going to the fresh kill pile. She bent down and took a scrawny black bird. She'd quickly devour the small prey as she sat outside the den, grooming her fur. Her paw swiped over her floppy ear. She heard a rustle. Her ears perked up as it came from the gorse tunnel, her fur bristling slightly, an odd smell filled her nostrils. She noticed the very few warriors that had woken up early had their gaze glued on the entrance.
